Hotel excelente na infra-estrutura e péssimo na administração da reserva

Café da manhã delicioso, chuveiro com pressão e cama confortável. Isolamento acústico, opções de iluminação indireta, água e chocolate de cortesia no quarto. O hotel é excelente no quesito conforto e péssimo no quesito organização administrativa da diária.

Eu só não vou dar nota 10 pq precisa melhorar muito na questão do check-out tardio às 15h. Eu PAGUEI por uma tarifa que incluía check-out tardio. Como viajo com frequência e já sei dos "n" inconvenientes possíveis, já escrevi para o hotel antecipadamente para que me confirmassem que a tarifa incluía check-out tardio, uma vez que no voucher gerado pelo booking constava horário de check-out de 12h. Primeiramente o hotel me respondeu que o check-out tardio ocorria mediante disponibilidade. Eu repliquei informando que eu PAGUEI pelo chek-out tardio e que tal opção de tarfifa era oferecida pelo hotel no próprio booking. O hotel me pediu desculpas dizendo que havia se equivocado. Quando cheguei ao hotel informei que minha diária incluía check-out tardio (pago) e o recepcionista confirmou. No dia seguinte fui passear e quando retornei para o hotel às 13h para tomar banho e deixar o quarto a minha chave para acesso ao elevador já estava desmagnetizada. Me dirigi até a recepção e pedi para magnetizá-lo novamente, uma vez que PAGUEI por tarifa que incluía check-out tardio. A chave foi magnetizada eu fui para o quarto. Para minha surpresa, às 13:30 me ligaram da recepção perguntando se eu iria ficar mais um diária, uma vez que a minha diária já havia terminado. Tive que explicar NOVAMENTE que escolhi uma tarifa mais cara no booking que oferecia check-out tardio. Muita desorganização do hotel e constrangimento para o hóspede. Se não conseguem administrar este tipo de tarifa, não a ofereçam.
