I had a wonderful stay at Cullinan Hplus Premium and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Brasília.
The location is hard to beat. The hotel is directly across from Brasília Shopping and Shopping ID, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, or simply walking around the area. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, which is a big advantage.
The facilities are also impressive. The swimming pool is excellent, and I really enjoyed having access to both indoor and outdoor fitness areas. It’s a great setup whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.
Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide selection of fresh, well-prepared options. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the Nespresso machine and the excellent shower with strong water pressure—small details that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and I would especially like to thank Lilyalne, who kindly arranged both an early check-in and a late check-out because rooms were available. Her friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a lasting impression.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Arthur Fonseca, who was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. From assisting with my luggage to providing useful information whenever I needed it, he was always courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a great experience.
Overall, Cullinan Hplus Premium offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, service, and facilities. The rates are very reasonable when booked in advance, the hotel’s restaurant serves good food, and the overall infrastructure is among the best you’ll find in Brasília. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
