Swimming pool was small and no spa
The facility and room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was located conveniently to our destination.
Honestly, for the price we paid for one night, breakfast should have been included - and the waiter spilled coffee on the table when pouring for my husband and never came to wipe it up.
The breakfast was very yummy. The pool was enjoyable and the staff was fairly nice.

Room key never worked staff wasn’t pleasant
I stay at this hotel regularly because of its convenient location but the service has repeatedly fallen below expectations.
During several stays, I experienced issues with housekeeping entering my room unexpectedly, including while I was sleeping. On my most recent stay, I specifically confirmed at check-in that I wanted my room cleaned, but after returning from a long day on campus close to midnight, the room had not been serviced. Then, on the morning of checkout, a housekeeping employee opened my door and busted into the room while I was still asleep.
Guests should be able to expect basic housekeeping service, privacy, and the ability to sleep without staff entering their room unexpectedly. Considering the price of the hotel, the overall experience was very disappointing.
