Pros:

The place is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. I just loved the experience.

Cons:

I would suggest they have more comfortable sofas. To take the six people in the silver and gold suites.

The surrounding mountains and property were very beautiful, very well maintained. The actual apartment was spacious and had very good sound proofing.

Cons:

No black out curtains (which was a very unhappy surprise with our toddler). Very stingy with providing toilet paper and coffee. Checking in was a very difficult process (they couldn’t find the booking for a very long time and that was super stressful!). Got zero information about anything and had to ask every single thing, and the staff had to look up every answer on the computer first. The front desk even said they couldn’t call us a taxi to the hotel and that we had to walk to the ocean park (ten minutes) to see if we could just find one there. Not an easy task with toddlers and a grandma in the heat. Getting to the hotel was even hard because there are zero signs saying where to go. Our friend’s taxi driver from the train station dropped them off in a completely different building in the park and they had to work very hard to get help getting to the right one (their baby was sleeping in their arms).

아이들데리고 가기 적합했어요. 방이커서 두가족이 묵기에 넉넉했습니다. 출입부터 숙박인원차만 들어올수있어서 더 관리받는거같아 좋았어요

주차장이 지하1층만 각 동과 연결되어있어서 만차시 지하2층가면 구조를 모르면 한참 헤메게되는 부분이 있어서 사전에 안내가 필요합니다.
