Teak Garden Spa Resort

The rooms were great! Very large! It was nice to have a kitchen on the premises. It meant you didn't have to go out to find something to eat. The staff was friendly!

The property advertises as a 4 star resort. Acccommodation is spread out over multiple buildings with 4 rooms downstairs and 4 rooms upstairs accessible by external staircases. I had to carry my own bags upstairs and also downstairs when I checked out.

I fell down the stairs during my stay and when I limped to Reception to seek help, I was given a packet of cotton balls and a bottle of antiseptic. I ended up having to call a Grab driver to come and. Take me to the hospital.

Great place to relax , only thing is it is a little far from the chiang rai city

The staff was nice and it has decent facilities. Transportation needed since all restaurant and shops are about 15/20 min away

We actually loved this resort it was beautiful the photos don’t do it justice. Rooms are beautiful

Just simple and big room

Was supposed to stay 3 nights and only stayed one.

Room was really big, but also really dirty. I asked the front desk if I could check out early and was told yes, and there would be no charge for dates not stayed. The next morning, I was told that no, I would not be refunded for nights not stayed.

So, I stayed one night in a dirty, buggy room and paid for three. I would have been happy with a 1 night refund, but nope, out of luck.

Breakfast buffet was quite good!

Facility was clean and nice. I can see facility being great for conferences. Our small party found inconvenient to walk to restaurants, etc as was on busy street. Pool was lovely.

I like this property very nice and quiet

Very beautiful view and songbirds in the morning I will comeback again.

A bit far from city centre. But it’s ok since. Taxis are. Cheap. Grocery store and. Mall nearby.

Room is clean, the beds are good and clean We had an early flight and this was perfect for it. Great breakfast. Grounds area is really taken care of great pool to cool off. It was really quiet and still so close to airport. Good shopping center close by.

great ambience. superb services.but out of power during night before last cause furious. take half hour in dark hot and mosquito.

バスタブに栓が無くて湯が溜まらなかった
湯の出が悪いし直ぐ水になってしまつた。
悪かったのは風呂だけ？

the layout of the property was weird - the hotel building was like s dorm - the room very basic - the breakfast buffet - eh

the staff was lovely!
