Nice hotel in a poor location during peak traffic hours.
Pros:

The room itself was among the nicest I've ever stayed in in the area, especially for the price. Having a kitchen complete with full sized fridge/freezer, stove top, kitchenware, dishwasher, and microwave are always a plus and open up more options for bringing my own groceries. Hotel facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. Being within walking distance to the Giant grocery store as well as some other stores and restaurants was a nice bonus.

Cons:

The parking deck, in particular the back stairwell to reach the higher levels, was noticeably dirty and in mild disrepair. When I was checking out the lights in the stairwell didn't even work so it was pitch black. The location of the hotel itself is perhaps my biggest issue. Traffic is horrible during peak hours making simply travelling to the Springfield Metro station (or anywhere for that matter) more cumbersome than some other Springfield hotels I've stayed at over the years.

Neighborhoods are nice and hotel room is quiet.

Cons:

Little far from the city, so I had to take taxi to travel between hotel and downtown.

Pros:

I loved how spacious it was. I really liked the personalized welcome sign on the tv and the tv was signed into Netflix and HBO Max. I really liked being greeted with a welcome package of cookies and water.

Great location, great staff, amazing accommodations!
Pros:

The property was prime location close to everything. The staff was friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

I had no things I disliked. I did request extra blankets that were brought up to the room within minutes, but that was a personal preference
