Location in Navigli is good, if you know the city already and not visiting main sights. If you are, it's a bit distant.
It's easy to arrive with a car. There is a garage with recharger but not a valet service.
One wall of the room is a big window. Good shower. Good, firm bed.
Door knob was partially disconnected and a toilet flush was not working properly.
Breakfast was quite standard.
Service was good.
An excellent experience, lovely design. Spotless upkeep. A new hotel designed around an old perfume factory. Family friendly and the staff are extremely helpful. About 10 Min via taxi to the city centre. A few restaurants around the block for all palates and pockets. A nice factory designer clothing shop across the road.
Chic boutique hotel with well appointed rooms, centrally located in Milan in what used to be a perfume factory. Design-forward common areas are full of character and charm, which make for an inviting retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Really appreciate the warmth and authenticity of Fabio, whose kindness and willingness to help even with small details made far a positive stay. A luxury hotel experience is defined by not just the standards of the physical space, but by the high service standards, and Fabio exemplifies that!
My wife and I stayed five nights at Magna Pars Hotel à Parfum in Milan, and it was the perfect hotel and an incredible home base for exploring the city.
The location is outstanding—surrounded by fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance, with public transportation close by for visiting museums and spending time at the Duomo di Milano, which is hands down the most incredible building I’ve ever seen.
Breakfast each morning was fantastic, the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the bar served well-crafted, memorable cocktails. We loved the overall vibe of the hotel—stylish, relaxed, and unique—and the rooms themselves were absolutely stunning.
One of the highlights of our stay was touring the hotel’s perfume lab and getting to smell all the different scents. I even purchased a cologne that I now save for special occasions since it can’t be imported into the U.S., which makes it even more meaningful. There was also an amazing gelato spot just around the corner—an added bonus.
The Navigli district is right nearby, and the concierge along with every hotel employee we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations and logistics.
While in town, I even got to see a match at San Siro Stadium—Forza AC Milan and Forza Christian Pulisic!
If we ever return to Milan without our children, we will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special, boutique-style hotel in an unbeatable location.
I really didn't know what to expect but I have to tell you it was bigger than most condo's in Toronto. The design layout was outstanding. The bathroom was to die for. The service was great; We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. Although we didn't spend much time in the room and rarely used the living room it was great to have the space. Front desk were so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. The location was behind the wall where the river was and all the restaurants Loved Milan.
This hotel embodies the spirit of Italy, one of top quality combined with warm and heartfelt service. The story of the hotel is unique and lives throughout the hotel.
What a unique hotel featuring a fabulous staff, luxurious accommodations all within walking distance to almost anything you want to enjoy in Milan.
What a fabulous stay. My husband and I spend three glorious nights here. The staff is welcoming and helpful in every way. Thank you to Marta and the team! They upgraded us to a beautiful room, and helped us with directions, places to see and eat and of course general information. All with a smile and a "pleasure to have you here" attitude. The food was delicious. Buffet for breakfast and we ate in the grill room for an early dinner. The service was friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere of the hotel is so special because of the scents that surround each area. I took a visit to the Perfumery where Florence taught me about the history of the hotel and its origin. I was immersed in the many fragrances, and purchased my favorite. The area surrounding the hotel has many attractions. The river area with many restaurants. Additionally on Sunday there is a market throughout with many beautiful hand crafted items.
We ventured out to the city daily, the metro is close by. At the end of the day we were thankful to be in a quiet neighborhood with great places to eat and have a cocktail.
THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFUL!
Always my go-to in Milan. Unique property with a beautiful story behind it. Great area for impromptu dining and located in a vibrant neighborhood.
Beautiful Hotel in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood.
Surprised by all of the positive reviews because this hotel lacks the 5 star experience. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all, we never were shown the property so I had no idea where anything was. Our room was ready well after check in, almost 6pm. Only stayed there one night but this hotel seriously needs a revamp with their staff and services, we felt like an Inconvenience. Would not recommend and would not return!
The breakfast was great
Beautiful place!
Mold in bathroom!!
Very helpful team
It was a beautiful, modernly designed hotel. Wonderful breakfast and the service was helpful and friendly.
We ended up having ant (BUGS) infestation in our room… traveled with a baby, had to throw out all the formula and other things to avoid risk of contamination… god knows what other bugs we may have not seen on their perfectly brown wood floors… When expressed our frustration to the front desk, they said they “did not do anything wrong”… while I understand that things can happen, there’s always a way to mellow things down and provide some sort of resolution, such as compensating for breakfast (the least they could do!!!) as an apology for such an unfortunate situation. We were also assured that the breakfast was included in our booking, while apparently it wasn’t. We would have gladly stepped out and had breakfast elsewhere than having an overpriced and average selection buffet. 5 star hotel turned out to be a disaster. BEWARE!
The staff could not be more rude about it. I will make sure these pictures end up on every online profile they have. Appalled by this type of behavior.
We selected Magna Pars due to its location and "all suite" rooms. We were mid trip and wanted to unpack and re-organize. Unfortunately, our room, a premium junior, was not a suite, rather a room with a giant bathroom. There was no sitting area, which I expected from the photos on the website (and the price we were paying). I verified at check in that we had the right room thinking they had made a mistake. The closet had 2 hangers, 2 tiny drawers and one luggage rack. We were 2 people staying 3 nights - not sure where we were supposed to put our clothes. Housekeeping promptly brought more hangers on request. The other aspects were spotty, for example the coffee pods in our room were not replaced. Sad to discover this in the morning; I didn't think to look the night before as this is a luxury hotel. No turn down service, etc. etc. We slept well, the breakfast was delicious, the design of the hotel is fabulous, but a disappointment in general for my expectations and for the price we paid for a premium room.
Cleaniness standards have dropped substantially. Mildew in showers is completely unacceptable
overall evaluation is positive, your parking service could be better, your gym is nice, the staff is very kind
