Excellent Service, Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

We stopped here for a quick overnight stay on our way to Hot Springs, and it was a great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just off I-30. The beds were comfortable, the A/C kept the room nice and cool, and the shower had plenty of hot water.
Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn fare, but everything was hot, fresh, and well stocked. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the breakfast host (I believe her name was Terese), who greeted us each morning with a warm smile that made our day. Angel at the front desk was also kind, welcoming, and very helpful.
Excellent service can make all the difference, and this team delivered. We'd happily stay here again.

Very lovely rooms, awesome staff, great breakfast selection

Cons:

Everytime someone walked on the floor above us there was a terribly annoying squeak. We heard it right over our bed all day and night.
