改善していただけたらまた泊まりたいです。
Pros:

街中だったこと。提携してる駐車場が１２時から12時と、長かったこと。清掃やベッドメイクがきれいだったこと。スタッフが感じがよかったこと。

Cons:

２３時に部屋に帰りシャワーを浴びたらお湯が水に近かった。いくら待ってもお湯にならず、ハンドルまわして５０度にしてやっと浴びれるギリギリのぬるさになった。外も寒かったので暖まれなく体が冷えてしまった。
旅行して疲れた身体の1日の終わりに熱めのシャワーを浴びるのが気持ちよいので、かなり残念ポイントだった。。

毎年泊まっていますが、今回はお部屋が狭く料金も高めで朝食もつけれなかったので残念。

駄目
Pros:

スタッフが客目線ではなく、客の動線を塞ぎ邪魔だった。避けようとしない。自分中心。氷の補給時の音は凄く耳障りで今までで最悪でした。社員教育最低です。
