Overall my experience was really nice and I highly recommend.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. The location is 10 minutes by walk to the train station. They let me checkout even late. The price was also very reasonable.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center as the train takes up to 50 minutes.

Pros:

它位在住宅區內寧靜的巷子，小小的但內部設計讓機乎每間房都享有大面對外窗，看了評價說用背包房的價格卻擁有獨立空間，下次還要選這間，我完全同意！它把氣味打理得非常完美，不論是走道、房間、廁所、廚房，每一處都是怡人的乾淨氣象，大概是我住過所有旅店裡氣味最舒適的一間（甚至可能會有點懷念）。小小的旅館卻一點也不含糊，廚房備有免費的咖啡粉和茶包，也可以炊食，更精喜的是還有一個有點大的澡堂可以在門口登記使用時間，一人獨享。床和枕頭對我這個容易落枕和腰酸背痛的人來說是很好睡的，棉被也很暖但又不會像一般旅館的棉被睡得滿身大汗，總之是一間在我心中有點完美的旅店，下次絕對還要再來住！

狭いし宿泊費も上がっているせいもあるからなんだろうけど、次はないかなぁ
Pros:

駅からは近くはないけど、別に普通に歩いて行ける範囲。チェックイン時、感じの良い男性が一通り説明してくれ、スーツケースも持って部屋まで運んでくれて助かった。

Cons:

連泊したが、2日目遅くなり、シャワー室が24時間使用できるとのことで、シャワーを利用したが、シャワー室は髪の毛が大量に落ちていて床はビチャビチャ、シャワー室内も黒カビだらけで気持ち悪かったのと、部屋が音が響きやすく、物を落としたり遅い時間の話し声や笑い声で2日とも眠れなかった。

Pros:

Very price-conscious and efficient. My room and the common areas were spotless at all times. The bathrooms and toilets are modern and were also clean at all times. There's even the option to reserve a private bathtub. There is a communal kitchen, several refrigerators distributed throughout the house, and also several toilets distributed throughout the house. The area is very quiet, but you have to walk a few minutes further to the nearest train station or shopping facilities.

Cons:

My single room was really very small. It's really not meant for anything more than sleeping. There also wasn't enough space to open a medium-sized rolling suitcase.

it’s a perfect option for a solo traveler - good location, calm and safe neighborhood, really good price. small, very clean and comfortable hotel with everything that one needs exploring the city. even though the rooms are very small, everything else is very easily accessible. and free coffee!

조용한 동네, 깔끔함.
Pros:

독립된 공간이 제공된다는 점에서 가성비 최고입니다. 조용한 동네 분위기와 편의점과 마트가 있어서 가벼운 쇼핑도 가능합니다. 미나미센주역까지 10분정도 걸리는데, 개인적으로는 동네구경하는게 좋았어요.

Cons:

역시 나무바닥으로 인한 소음입니다. 방 자체 방음은 어느정도 되는데, 밖에서 사람들 이동하는 소리가 다 들려요. 저는 둔한 편이라 잘 잤지만, 예민하신 분들은 힘들 것 같아요.
