很适合对隔音没有强需求的独行背包客
Pros:

1.房间干净整洁
2.走路12分钟范围内有南千住站和千住大桥站，出行相对方便
3.五一假期价格也不算贵得离谱
4.住了两晚遇到三个工作人员，回答问题都非常细心nice。checkout之后也可以寄存行李半天，服务很好。

Cons:

1.超过12点还有人在共享区域吃饭聊天，会有点吵
2.隔音相对差，可以听到门外走路咯吱咯吱的声音

Pros:

Stayed here 2 times, always had pleasant experience

Very nice English speaking staff and social guests
Clean and great value for money

The location might be a plus or a minus for many, its a residential area with a small walk to train station.

Pros:

La proximité avec un métro (10 min à pied) et des konbini.
l’arrivée tardive.
Une réception ouverte jusqu’à tard.

Good value.
Pros:

It's good value, the staff is super helpful and friendly. They let me leave my luggage before check-in time and even helped a bit with bringing them upstairs to the room. There is a kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle and a microwave so we can heat up our food and have nice cups of tea. They also let me stay in the lounge after check out so we can eat breakfast. There is a bath on the ground floor that you can actually reserve a spot for your room and avoid taking bath with strangers which is nice.

Cons:

The room is quite small. We barely had any space to open our luggage. But it is Tokyo so understandable. The hall is quite small, there are 20 something rooms on one level which seems a bit too crowded. I can hear people talking and walking across the hall all the time. It is a fair bit of walking to walk to the closest two stations but the walk wasn't too bad to be honest.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, collegamento con JR e metro molto facile. Non è lussuoso ma c'è tutto compreso un frigo da condividere, uso cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice e zona dove mangiare. C'è anche un onsen gratis.
Ma soprattutto alla reception c'è Dgucci, che cerca di soddisfare e aiutare tutti.
Consigliato.

Clean and affordable private room
Pros:

The room and bed was comfortable. It's a little tight with large suitcase but it is expected in Tokyo being one of the most affordable solo/private room. Free coffee and tea in the common kitchen. It's a nice 10-minute walk to Minami-senju station.
