Pros:

シングルで四千円しない料金。
清潔感も有る。受付の方など丁寧で親切。部屋は狭いが自分には充分。風呂トイレは当然共同。臭くないし、清潔、なのでそれで充分。

寝るだけと割り切ればコスパ最強
Pros:

部屋はとてもコンパクトでシンプル。その分エアコンの効きが良い。トイレも共同だが清潔。同じく共同だが風呂とは別にシャワールームが2つあるのは良かった。

Cons:

自動販売機がないので、近くのコンビニで用意しておく必要がある。が、部屋には冷蔵庫がない(共同利用のものはある)

スタッフの対応は全般的に良かったと思います。施設、設備の清潔感もありました。

Cons:

外国の方、日本の方でも若い世代の方が多く宿泊されているように思います。スタッフの方の清掃だけでは、補えきれない場面が数多くあります。日本古来の良いマナー(=次に使う人のことを考えた行動)を伝える場所にしていけたら、宿泊者にとっても良い体験になるのではないでしょうか。

スタッフさんは凄く丁寧な方で感謝しかありませんでしたが、目の前の客の来店時にも関わらずスタッフさんを困らるかのように仕事話？を続けお客様が優先ですよね！と被害者ぶりを見せつつ、何も謝罪のワンクッションがないような振る舞いと、じろりとじゃまをされたのか見つめられたのが不快でした。

Pros:

Super value for money. The room is clean, the shower is super clean also. The staff was nice and accomodating. It didn't feel crowded and I still had a lot of privacy despite the shared toilets.

Cons:

Location, but you should know this before you even tried to book it.
