Nice, helpful and great location

Big spacious room, smart tv, tea coffee in the room. Bottled water replenished every day.
Lovey spa.
The public toilets are very clean just no hand soap or anything to dry your hands with.

Cons:

I book a classic king with an atrium view and got a view of an ugly roof. There are no atrium view rooms, they have pool view or car park.
When I enquired as to why I hadn’t gotten the view I booked, I was told I got what I booked and then that they didn’t have anymore of those rooms. No rooms over look the atrium. In fact they didn’t know what an atrium was.

Customer service is too good not Marriott stand. Staff are extremely slow, most of the drinks and food on the menu is always out of stock and when they did have what I wanted it could take anything from 35 mins to 90 to arrive. I was with a group of friends we’d go to dinner together, but all get our food at different times, unless you had the buffet which again they’d tell you they are replenishing the after an hours wait and asking about 4/5 different staff members, you’ll get a sorry we don’t have anymore, but they’d want to charge the full buffet price for have a spoon or 2 of rice.
My friends had booked rooms two but could only have one breakfast per room even though they’d paid for two adults.
