قام الرسبشن بالاتصال بنا الساعه 12 ظهرا لاخلاء الغرفه طلبنا تمديد لمده ساعه نظرا لظروف سفرنا ولكن ....
رد الموظف كان قاسي وفظ لا رحمه ولا شفقه ولا حتي اكرام للضيف الذي دفع ما يقارب ال 250 دولار ل 12ساعه فقط .. للأسف قسوه وتعامل فض ولا احترام للنزلاء ،

فندق جميل الموقع ممتاز مطل على البحر وتحت شارع كله مطاعم وقهاوي وممشى على البحر ونظيف وتعامل الموظفين راقي خصوصا موظف الاستقبال اسمه علي كان انسان مهذب وراقي انصح به وبشده

Schöner Aufenthalt, sauberem Zimmer und tollem Pool- und Wellnessbereich – sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, dafür aber wunderschön direkt am Marmarameer gelegen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Cafés und die Gegend lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen am Wasser ein.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das gesamte Hotel machte einen hervorragenden Eindruck – alles war gepflegt, modern und stilvoll gestaltet.

Wir haben den Innenpool genutzt, der ebenso wunderschön war wie das Dampfbad. Beides bot eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
