The view, the staff and their service. It was half board as well, so the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Really personalised support and helpful staff. Some of the rooms have amazing views, and the bonfire was nice as well.

Cons:

The manager had cancelled our booking and not told us, as we had not made a pre-payment. I was on international travel and could not make a transfer within 24 hours of the request- I had promised to pay the whole amount on arrival, and they ignored the message (done via booking.com chat service).
The hotel staff were helpful and offered a different room for one night, followed by the promised room for the second night. The manager was really rude over the phone, but the staff on duty were really helpful and supportive

The room and location was good. The service and staff was pathetic. Not worth the money over 2k

The room was great the location was good food was good but the reception staff and the other staff was pathetic, poor management, nobody was listening,you keep on asking things but they didn’t care. It was not like the hotel was full, people were sitting idle, PATHETIC SERVICE
