Pros:

This was a great place for the price! 15minute walk to times square. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not have mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. They have a communal dining area downstairs with a microwave plates forks you can use. Breakfast was also included. Great place especially if you're on a budget, found them on groupon.

Great stay
Pros:

Location was great calmer than time square but still next to everything. Victoria at the front desk had the best food recommendations and she was just awesome all the way around

Perfect hotel and location and staff
Pros:

This is the place to stay at . Very welcoming staff , very helpful staff with suggestions on food and even helping me on directions which trains and subways to take to get from here to there and even the airport. Breakfast was great every morning . When I go to New York again I will definitely be staying here. Veronica was so sweet and helpful !!!

Un hôtel pratique et très bien placé!
Pros:

L'emplacement était super à proximité de Grand Central, mais dans une zone un peu plus calme malgré tout. Le petit déjeuner, pas vraiment voulu à la base, est comme même un plus : pas besoin de se prendre la tête le matin!

Cons:

La porte à galandage avec la salle de bain/toilette qui n'est pas "une vrai porte", mais nous voyagions en famille donc cela n'avait pas d'importance. Il aurait été bien d'avoir des portes manteaux dès l'entrèe de la chambre (nous y avons séjourné en hiver)

Great location. Very good Value
Pros:

The hotel is midway between the UN and Grand Central Station. About a 20 minute walk to Times Square. A few restaurants, coffee shops and pubs within a couple of blocks

The price was very reasonable on a Hilton Honors prepaid reservation. Parking is available nearby through Spot Hero for less than the hotel’s valet parking, depends on price or convenience for you. Or walk from the train.

The breakfast was half a step above normal Hampton Inn quality, but it could be very crowded.

They did daily housekeeping, and the cleaning was pretty good. However, the single queen bed took up most of the room, the bathroom was tiny, with an awkward barn door. There was some noise from nearby rooms, elevators, and the ice machine. Traffic was not an issue for us on the 18th floor. Our room was too warm even with the heat totally off in January

Finally, all of the staff were friendly and efficient. All 3 of us got early check-in on the first day and used the luggage storage on the last day
