Que la habitación no era tranquila, se escuchaban los portazos como si fuera en mi habitación, todo muy limpio, el unico problema es que mi habitación no era nada tranquila, las puertas están tan pegadas una de otra que se escucha hasta cuando están introduciendo la tarjeta y no se diga los portazos que lo paran despertando a uno, por lo que no se puede descansar del todo!!

En el desayuno se utilizan platos de cartón y cubiertos y menaje en general de papel y plástico.
Se echa en falta variedad de fruta, no hay nada de embutido, el pan era de molde...
Nuestro dormitorio con dos camas dobles estaban bien y eran cómodas pero estuvimos hace 8 años y en la habitación la cama era de 2x2 y era súper cómoda

Pros:

I've stayed here a few times now, and the staff are consistently brilliant. They are friendly, practical and really helpful. There must be some kind of magic being done in managing that hotel, because all the staff are like that. Good value for money for somewhere so close to Grand Central. I wish I'd discovered it when I was travelling to NY more for work.
