Perfect value for money and exceptional location.
Pros:

Location is excellent, breakfast is typical american but enough and different each day. The 2 bed room is spacious enough and fits 4 adults with ease. Staff is great and helpful. Refund for the deposit was instant.

Cons:

Shower is fixed to the wall, this can be an improvement in the future and something the hotel cannot do anything about, the renovations that are going on vis-a-vis and where work starts at 6 AM :).

La pulizia è inesistente. Polvere ovunque. Non ho mai visto lavare per terra. Tutto molto sporco. Inoltre le lenzuola non le hanno mai cambiate per sei giorni. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma non caricati. Asciugamani cambiato dopo varie richieste. Vito pulizia 2.

Lizeth en el desayuno, un desayuno perfecto para arrancar el día en NY, Victoria en la recepción muy amable siempre. Están remodelándolo y tuvimos estancia en el piso recientemente arreglado

Tutto perfetto! Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, colazione ottima (tutti i giorni qualcosa di diverso), posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla stazione metro/treni principale Grand Central station. Acqua, the e caffè disponibili gratis h24 al piano terra. La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni compreso il cambio di asciugamani. Wi-fi ha sempre funzionato bene. Consiglio ad occhi chiusi! Grazie di tutto!
