Malos para facturar si el cobro lo hace 1ero la aplicación y no el hotel almenos en este sitio.

Cons:

No hagan reserva con esta aplicación si desean facturar, pues el hotel sino hace el cobro te informa que eso se debe atender con la aplicación y no se puede hacer de manera sencilla, es perder el tiempo.

Buen hotel, desayuno, albercas, ubicacion. En Semana Santa puede estar todo muy lleno.
Pros:

La habitacion es muy comoda, en particular las camas y las almohadas. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. La zona de albercas nos gusta mucho por eso siempre regresamos.

Cons:

La vista desde la habitacion no era particularmente bonita, hubiera preferido una habitacion mas alta. Como fuimos en plena Semana Santa el hotel estaba mega lleno, era dificil encontrar estacionamiento. El buffet del desayuno se llenaba rapidimo y de tanta gente podia ser incomodo. En el area de albercas tambien habia mucha gente, pero lo que menos nos gusto fue el DJ con musica a todo volumen, no vemos para nada la necesidad cuando la idea es descansar y relajarse.

Tiene una bonita piscina aunque para ir a ella tienen que ir a recepción pedir una manilla e ir al hotel de al lado

mixed feelings
Pros:

hotel was clean, room was spacious, and hotel had private access to beach. there are nice restaurants and malls nearby on walking distance and center is also 15-20 mins away.

Cons:

the rooms were showed as sea view rooms while booking, however, hotel shared they dont have any sea view rooms, only few rooms had partial view like from corner. also the breakfast had most things with pork which makes it difficult if you have dietary restrictions, and as it is not prepared on site- it is difficult for hotel to accomodate.

Excelente hotel ubicado cerca del mar
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y sus instalaciones están muy padres. Tiene alberca grande, con agua fría y agua caliente, tiene gimnasio, bar y restaurante

Cons:

El servicio del bar es pésimo. Pasamos 25 minutos esperando a que nos atendieran y nunca nos llevaron la carta!
