Should have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, the one across town.
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible, we were expecting to have the regular hotel breakfast not a sit down in the dark restaurant.
had to get up and get our own creamer and sugar for our coffee. I guess that's how they treat the guest with a voucher.

Cons:

could have gotten the king size bed I originally requested, we don't get to sleep on a king often and my husband is a very tall man.
the breakfast could have been a lot better.

The counter staff was great in check in and check out. The room was spacious. Our breakfast was great, but the wait staff was stressed due to a larger number of customers than what they expected. The Banana Bread and crispy potatoes was REALLY GOOD.

Cons:

The height of the toilets. It is a long way down there for an old man to sit sown.
