Would love to stay here again! Minor issue upon arrival QUICKLY & PERFECTLY resolved! Great staff!

The staff and onsen were 10/10 wonderful. The breakfast was also great!

Cons:

It’s not walking distance to restaurants. But they have good shuttle to the ski lifts.

Pros:

The views from the (mountain view ) bedrooms , the onsen and dining room are amazing. The buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent and offers a huge range of Japanese food.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The view from the onsen was beautiful. Hotel walkable from station. There was two onsens (one for guests only and the other for outside onsen only customers) so you didn't need to worry about a crowded onsen experience.
The buffet style selection for dinner and breakfast had good range

Cons:

There wasn't a shuttle option prior to 10am going to the JR station. Plus you needed to prebook.

非常非常好，我们住的是独立的小房子“白马鑓”，体验远超预期，完美！地理位置也很好，开车5分钟就能到很大的超市很方便。十多分钟就可以到滑雪场。
温泉超棒，有景色很好的室外温泉，我们滑完雪再去泡汤真的太棒了！
工作人员非常热情友好，很愿意提供各种帮助。

Great view from the rooms and lovely breakfast
Pros:

The view and breakfast

Cons:

Too far away from the main road, impossible to walk around without a car (mainly because of the heavy snow) and staff doesn’t speak English well so it’s hard to communicate.

Me and my family were stuck for 2 hours in Hakuba Station without any help and assistance from the staff to get to the hotel. They say in the messages to get in contact by phone as soon as you get into the station but it didn’t work at all. In the end, we had to take a taxi to get to the hotel and move around but it’s not that simple because there’s not so many in the village and they’re always busy.
