My stay was great! Genuinely would be coming back to this place, it’s walking distance from the ace gondola/ welcome center, as well as walking distance from the downtown area, making it a solid base. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was super solid too.

Everything was perfect for our ski trip
Pros:

Perfectly located for accessing the slopes, 2min walk to the Ace gondola or regular shuttle bus to pop you up there.
Really friendly staff, and super helpful in the ski concierge.
So easy, arrived and our ski passes waiting for us, the ski rental équipement space just by reception. It made the ski trip so incredibly easy.
The room was great, corner 1 bedroom room, super clean, really comfy beds, spacious and with a great view of mount Yotei.
It’s within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and cool food truck area.
Really nice buffet breakfast too and nice peaceful onsens, which were never busy.
If we came again for skiing we’d definitely stay here. Thanks for a great stay

Pros:

Definitely recommended if you going for winter sports during winter season. They provide their own winter sports equipments rental and they also have free shuttle to and from few of the ski area nearby. We really enjoy our breakfast everyday when we are there.

Staff are friendly and helpful
Facilities are great - chalet is well laid out, really nice lounge area - 24 hr gym and onsen, ski concierge, well catered for breakfast, rooms are a good size and well appointed
5 min walk to the gondola, many restaurants, bars etc so close
Not sure what else you could ask for

Pros:

Really nice hotel. Clean, good facilities, great location, friendly staff. They provide a shuttle to / from the ski lifts (about 600m uphill) and you never have to wait. Would highly recommend.
