Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Area had lots of restaurants and shopping options.

Best employees I have met in a long time, great customer service from front desk staff, Gabby! she was very educated on questions and needs i had before checking in and while staying at this location. Each employee I walked past was very friendly, and helpful.

Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants! The staff was outstanding! Kate and Kayla both made us so welcome with their wonderful smiles and great personalities. We loved talking with both! We will definitely stay here again and hopefully Kate and Kayla will still be here to greet us! They really made our stay so much more enjoyable! The breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfortable and they whole place was clean. We had no issues during our stay!!!!

As always, Hampton Inn and Suites at Jacksonville NC, is the BEST hotel you can dream of when you travel. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the front desk to the cleaning ladies, the kitchen (breakfast area) and handyman (Klark), every/ALL member of the staff are wonderful. Polit, efficient, friendly, hard workers, etc etc...
My bedroom, with a really comfortable mattress, was spotless every day. A special thank you to Elizabeth, and Brooke. Elizabeth did a wonderful job, restocked my bathroom supplies as well as coffee (THANK YOU THANK YOU)..
Kate, Lea, Phoebe to name just few of them are real ambassadors of this hotel. They have excellent customer service skills (thank you to their fantastic manager Maria).
Adriana, as always, is the best in the kitchen.. the breakfast has a nice variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruits, yoghurts, breads, muffins, to scrambled eggs, potatoes, hot meal, waffles with all the toppings, healthy cereals, etc etc.
I do LOVE and enjoy every time I am here this excellent gym, clean, modern equipment, lot of weights, treadmill, peloton bike etc etc.
The pool (I didn't try yet) was just waiting for the next happy kids to jump in!!!
The parking is big, near a lot of dining options within walking distance.
THANK YOU all for your fantastic job. The staff is always willing to do everything they can to help you. They keep for me my iceboxes in their freezer while I stay there for a week...

I was very impressed with my stay, everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and they kept hot coffee in the lobby. As an area manager myself in the hospitality industry and have stayed in every brand of hotels, Hilton is one of my favorites.I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for a work trip, but due to the recent storm my flight was canceled and I unexpectedly had to extend my stay by two additional days. The entire staff immediately made the situation so much better.

But Treena at the front desk was the highlight of the trip. She truly turned what could have been a miserable trip into something comforting. From the moment my flight was first delayed to the third cancellation, she was positive and up beat with all of us snowed in. She consistently checked in with me and made sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond to help.

When my flight was canceled for the third time, Treena took the time to print out all the flights going out and helped find me one at a different airport so I could finally make it home.

Treena is hands down one of the friendliest receptionists I’ve ever met. She made the hotel feel like a family and absolutely deserves the recognition and a raise.

Thank you to the entire team for making an unexpected extension feel far less stressful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to be snowed in with.

MJ was really sweet and helpful. I enjoyed her friendly and cheerful attitude. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Location is in the middle of everything you could need.
