Pros:

The room was not at all what the pictures showed. Very substandard and disappointing.

Budget hotel!!
Pros:

Good rooms and decent food. However service at front desk and rooms was not upto mark. Hotel management didn't even know this site. They didn't acknowledge booking from hotels.com. Had to call customer care and faced lot of trouble in connecting them with customer care.

Pros:

Hotel does not have the capacity or cnowhow to handle internet booking. At checout they needed copies of bookingconfirmation, they had to call various people to find out if the room was paid for even though the copy of the confirmation stated that it had been.
