Pros:

The staff is very polite and good. Even though they are understaffed did their work politely

Cons:

The owner is taking the guests for a ride. His hotel is under renovation and all uneven are dangerous approach especially for the elders. Poor lighting aroind.
The owner should give 50 percent discount compared to the facilities offered just in his area. Absolutely unhappy that full amount was taken when facilities are not ok. The initial room had issues for light, no point for the kettle etc. Forced to take an update to their supposed to be new rooms but the way to the same is pathetic

Pros:

My experience at Hotel Varuna was disappointing. The property is quite old and not well maintained. The staff were arrogant and uncooperative, which made the stay unpleasant. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark. Overall, not worth the price — I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

24x7 Restaurant facilities good.
Food neat and tasty

Cons:

(1) Room facilities OK. But support from waiters was very poor.
(2) Bathroom facilities such as bucket, mug etc lacked in some rooms.
(3) In some rooms the water for bath was only from shower.

Pros:

The room was modern, property is very large and parking is big and safety is maintained.

Cons:

1. Room was only appearing good, but the cleanliness was not good in bathroom. Rooms are exceptional but,are not so maintained.
2. Room service and staffs are too lazy and try to ignore their guests.
3. Some rooms lack hanger, some lacks locker.
