We booked for 2 days but checked out within a day.
The rooms were smelly. The room phone were not working. The reception was very rude and unprofessional.

Great location, walking distance to most places of interest. Two blocks from the Promenade.

It's location is perfect.
The breakfast is really good. South Indian b/fast was excellent. Highly recommend.

Hotel du Lac, pas de réception couverte or sous la pluie l'accueil n'est pas cool !
La chambre dans " son jus" avec de vieux meubles très vieillissants. Salle de bain très hors d'âge
Peu de produits de toilette etc.. Serviettes qui ont aussi très vécues ! Personnel aimable, mais beaucoup de discussions pour obtenir la copie de ma facture.
Le service du matin pour obtenir un thé, café et toast très lent et oubli de l'appel pour le réveil..
Donc comme dit plus haut..Être très attentif entre les hôtels Héritage..

It's a wonderful heritage property in Pondicherry situated around a quiet courtyard with mango trees. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and its the staff that makes the experience excellent!

Close to Aurobindo Ashram and beach. No a/C in front room. Small toilet.

Small quiet hotel in great location for Old Puducherry. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

Great hotel with lots of character. Don’t expect a modern five star place but it was very clean and comfortable. WiFi worked. Shower was good. Furniture and decor was tasteful and in character. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The accepted credit cards.

The hotel is near the beach, the museum and a remarkable temple. Shopping streets are within walking distance. The botanical gardens are about a 30 minute walk.

The food in the restaurant is tasty but breakfast was limited in choice but still sufficient.

I would stay here again.

Super séjour dans cette ancienne demeure bien confortable.
Situé dans le quartier français. Toutes les visites se font à pieds.
Difficile de trouver un restau . Celui de l'hôtel est pas mal du tout.
Dommage qu'il n'utilise pas le toit terrasse de l'hôtel, complètement à l'abandon ! Joli potentiel pourtant...

Hotel molto carino in ottima posizione vicino al mare ed in zona silenziosa con giardino interno e ristorantino piacevole di sera per la presenza di una zona sopraelevata in mezzo al verde. Consigliatissimo

Nice host; perfect location - close to the ashram and every other tourists spots. The bed was uncomfortable but if your stay is for a day or two, it’s fine. Hotel needs some improvement.

We had a very good feeling the moment we entered the hotel. The place is good and the rooms are comfortable.Very "Happy to help" staff made our stay very memorable.

Clean and good small hotel. Many spots of tourist attractions are closeby. Market is adjacent, so is the Rajbhavan.

Excellent accueil, personnel très attentionné et tout le monde se met en 4 pour vous aider, vous renseigner, et vous permettre de passer un excellent séjour. Hotel tout mignon en face d'un petit temple. Il ne manque qu'une piscine...Très Très bon emplacement dans White Town de Pondichéry !!!!!

L'accueil a été parfait, le personnel très réactif, l'emplacement de l'hôtel impeccable, les chambres très propres et chaleureuses, ce n'est pas la première fois que descendons à cet hôtel et les prestations sont toujours aussi bonnes
