Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Bashamichi Station and a convenience store. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was really good, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time in Yokohama!

Cons:

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Room was clean and modern, hotel is next to a family mart and close walk to all the attractions.

Cons:

We received a letter from reception saying to keep the noise down as the room next door complained of banging noises. I was unhappy that the staff automatically blamed my children when the banging was actually coming from another room. Maybe next time ASK US first before leaving a note telling us it was our kids when it WASN'T.
