Very frustrating.
Cons:

Dining hall staff are biased. I have been coming to stay at the hotel ever since it was under the old management. The staff from the northern India gives priority to the customers from the northern region of India.

I had a very shot stay but I was really happy with the overall set-up. Keep up the good work
Pros:

Well I was overall happy with the entire setup. Courteous staff, good food and excellent room (especially judging by the standard of other hotels in Trichy). Hopefully, more international standard hotels will come up.
