Hi.. This is our all time favourite spot while in Pondy. Very friendly staff right from the reception to the housekeeping.. The manager at the restaurant was kind enough to customise dishes for the kid. Thank you Alok and Pavani for the smooth check in and out..

Stay was very good and comfortably Most wlcm to Pavani ,Alok,Arpita,Vishnu they help us lot in our stay really very good people they are and there hospitality…………

But there was one big flaw in the whole visit , the food service special at the restaurant was very slow and the waiting time for the food was a lot approximately 1 hour.

Govind the housekeeping staff was also very good. He was very active and made our trip comfortable.

We visited the Pondicherry with our family and stayed at Radisson, loved the ambiance and staff service, especially Miss Pavani! We look forward to visit here again!

I alongwith my family checked into two rooms on30th March and checked out on 2nd April .
The resort is very well maintained and clean .Rooms are good and very well maintained by a good housekeeping staff.
We celebrated two birthday's the resort staff decorated our Rooms and pamperd us with cake on both the days. The swimming pool is very clean and tidy the Restaurants are very good with polite and courteous service and staff.
I must Thank Mr Udhayasankar and his team mates All them really took good care of us.

Radisson Blu near Pondicherry was sooo good 😄 Great experience, super caring staff, and everything was maintained really well.

Great room, spacious and everything in the room is controlled by the iPad which is very nice. But people are lacking in help during breakfast and high tea. High tea doesn’t have enough food items, and food was OK. For in room dining we pressed “take away tray” service on iPad 3 times but no response. So we just ended up keeping the tray outside ourselves. Other than that, decent stay.

Location is great it’s near next to the Eden beach . Atmosphere of the property is very good with greenery and rooms are big and clean. It’s definitely value for money

We had a fabulous stay at Raddison Puducherry for 3 days with our 5 month old baby. The staff were kind and the property was maintained well. Our highlight was definitely our luxury villa with the private pool and our bodhi prana experience. The only issue was the food; was very spicy for our liking.

Recently stayed at Radisson Resort, Pondicherry and it was truly an amazing experience. Despite the high temperature compared to Bangalore the overall stay was extremely comfortable.
The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully designed with an outdoor bathing area and a lovely sun deck that added to the charm. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options.
What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff across all areas from the buggy drivers to the reception and restaurant team were courteous, helpful and always welcoming.
A special mention to Mr. S.K. Panda at the reception. Thank you so much for your constant support throughout our stay. From guiding us on places to visit to arranging cabs and ensuring everything went smoothly. Your assistance made a big difference. Truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
