Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

We had a pleasant experience overall at the resort. The ambience and arrangements were good.
The telescopic view of the sun was interesting; however, considering the entry fee of ₹500, it would be more worthwhile if it also included some engaging activity to entertain kids, which would add more value for families.
The pot-making activity was excellent. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was heartwarming to see children actively involved. Since the children make tangible products, having an option where these items could be displayed or sold would make parents feel even happier and more connected to the activity.
Overall, a good experience, and with a few additions focused on kids’ engagement, it could be even better for families.

Have always loved GRT owned RADISSON Properties.

If only the Pondi property had access to beach more easily like Mahabalipuram.

Comfortable but Could Improve
The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are reasonably clean housekeeping services is good.Staff were friendly and tried to help when needed. However, some facilities could use updating, and breakfast options were limited. It’s an okay choice for a short stay

From check in to check out, from staff to managers the experience was first class. Would definitely recommend. Especially thanks to sourav, Murali, vasu and manish, thanks everyone for making it special, breakfast was amazing too, well worth it!!

We had a plesant stay at the Radisson Resort Pondicherry. All the staff was so welcoming and helped at all the times. Specially, Murali and Mohan were really prompt and resolved any issues we faced during the stay. The housekeeping staff, Govind made sure the room was clean at all times. Pavani helped during the check in and explained all the details about the resort, Vishnu helped us with seamless checkout.

had a wonderful time at Radisson Pondicherry Bay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bath/Toilet well ventilated and clean. Shout out to Maharaja for catering to our room service.
Buffet had a good spread and there was a variety of desserts was good too and the restaurant staff was very helpful.

This place is a Radisson in name only. We stayed for two nights. The room was great until you realise that it will take them eons to clean it. They refuse to work around your time if you have a toddler. Our housekeeping staff came when our toddler was asleep and didnt wanna come back to clean the room. Our bathroom seat broke on the first day and our dustbins quickly filled up with dirty diapers - which was collected by no one. The pool scene is dead as there is no pool bar and if its a cold day (in Pondicherry?) then you can have a date with hypothermia

The only saving grace was the restaurant staff who were really helpful.

Not the best experience if you are used to 5star service and infra. The staff is good hearted and they try but the entire setup is not the most professional. The rooms are good size but housekeeping is sloppy. Food is ok but restaurant is a chaos especially in breakfast

Very poor service, quality of room is low, low hygiene, housekeeping services are pathetic, check in and checkout services take very long, well intentioned staff but likely not trained well. Very easy going and lack of sense of urgency. Not returning and quite disappointed.

Nice stay . Ambience is also good and room also. You can visit any time. The food and buffet is super.

Special mention to Narayan the house keeping manager ensured our stay was comfortable. and wide spread buffet was exceptional.
