Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

The location was amazing as it is opening to Eden Beach directly. The highlight is our stay was the smile we encountered every staff here. They are like more than willing to greet every time they meet you. Especially to mention Mr Balu who came with our anniversary cake to our room but volunteered to be our photograph for next half an hour with such an interest he took all the snaps. Ms Kavya surprised us walking in our room for handing over two framed photographs of ours with Radisson logo on it plus one gift hamper. So it was a pleasant surprise. The forts person who took us around and briefed about the property one Mr Alok who was really passionate about working with Radisson. Great experience and my recommendation to use such an amazing property by Radisson.

The experience at the resort was fantastic. Especially, Pavani took care of us in our stay with a seamless check in and check out experience.

Overall, highly recommended for a memorable trip.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. I approached hotel management team for this. Mr. Mohan (facility Manager) helped in all arrangements from Day-1. He took care of all necessary arrangements to make the day memorable one. Be it room decoration, stage creation, food preparation - all arrangements were top class. He took care of all things so that I don't have to worry. Mr. Murali clicked some great snaps for all of us and played soft music during this celebration. Staff is very helpful and housekeeping came when called on time. Mr. Ganesh from housekeeping took all cleaning and bed shifting and room birthday decoration on his own.

Awesome experience. The stay was very comfortable. Rooms are good, food is good. The staff is very supportive and greet everytime you meet them. I was escorted by Pavani at the reception and she explained the facilities in detail. Looking forward to visit again. Thankyou Murali, Akhil, Ajay &, Vishnu, staff at Radisson for a relaxing stay.

The rooms and villas were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. With direct access to one of the cleanest beaches, it was the perfect relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Stayed with my wife for three nights. The resort is located on the outskirts and is very close to a nice beach. It has a beautiful layout with nice rooms in chalets and villas. Well-trained staff provided impeccable service. Food spread and quality was excellent. Overall, a memorable stay.

My recent stay at Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay was truly refreshing and memorable.
The location is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful vibes. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. What stood out the most, however, was the warmth of the people. A special thank you to Pavni, Shanti, Uday, Murli (the activity coach), and Kavya — your kindness and hospitality genuinely made our stay special. The team organizes lovely activities that help guests connect, which adds a personal touch.
The resort welcomes you with a thoughtful gift at the beginning, and towards the end, they even click a picture for you, give a printed copy, and small gifts which is such a heartwarming gesture.
The food offers good variety, though the quality can improve slightly. Hygiene is decent but has room for improvement.
Overall, the staff and service are exceptional. Thank you for making our visit so warm and memorable.

Had a wonderful stay. Property was very peaceful and airy. Rooms very comfortable and spacious.

Resort is located far away from Pondicherry town near Eden beach.
Pros-1.Good neat clean rooms,good /promot room service.
2.MrS.K.Panda was helpful in showing us around.
Cons-1.Food and bar is too expensive for no reason.
2.Has no private beach for the amount resort charges,same amount other resorts have private beach.
3.Resort has no rental bike,scooty available or has no contacts which makes commute difficult to Pondi if you dont have own vehicle.
4.Nearby Eden beach closes at 6pm, resort restricts pool at 7pm, so you have nothing to do post 6pm at resort.
5.Spa was average.

We came here with our daughter. It was really a worth stay and our daughter really enjoyed everything here. They took extra care for the baby food . And the play area was really maintained well and with many stuffs. The staffs Kavya , Mohan and all were really supportive and made our stay comfortable
