Good price, good-sized room, good location
The lady in reception needs to smile more. The cleaning team need to be quieter when they start their shift. Need hand soap in the bathroom, aircon wasn't cold. I was asked to move room but new room was smelly

Alright location if you want to be out of town, 20Min walk to town, the pool was okay, couldn’t really use it because there as about 10 local children swimming in it, felt uncomfortable to use it same time.
The rooms need abit of maintenance, but the bed and ac was good and that’s all I needed for a one night stay near the airport.
friendly staff, location near the main road, The AC is very cold, the hot water in the bathroom is good.
breakfast is very simple, the hair dryer is very worrying when used because the cable is slightly exposed, the bathroom wall is cracked, lots of mosquitoes
Smoking smell
Good place to stay in the Kuta area. The room was clean, and the staff was amazing.
It's a bit noisy in the morning. 20 minutes walk to the beach but we didn't mind the distance.
