Great location & great hotel
Pros:

Radisson Blu MOA was a great experience. Bed mattress was a bit too firm but the room was extremely comfortable. The entire hotel employees were perfect!!

Amazing as always!
Pros:

Our stay at the Radisson Blu was amazing! This was our third stay there, and we keep choosing to go back because of the friendly staff and convenience to the Mall of America! When we checked in, Emily at the front desk and I were chatting about how we were there to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. The front desk sent him dessert, a card, airplane models, and airplane wings because I mentioned he wants to be a pilot someday. This truly made my son’s day! What a very thoughtful thing to do!
The pool was under renovation, so we weren’t able to swim. We look forward to using the new pool area when we return next year!

Great winter adventure!

Fun time together
Pros:

Great location and facilities for a family trip. We stayed in the MOA Radisson Blu with our Son, Daughter-in-law and their toddler aged daughter. The executive lounge and access to the Mall were essential for a great trip.

Well the experience was good the bed was a little hard and the pillows really were bad need to be fuller and bigger and as much as it cost per person I would at least expect free breakfast that would really make the experience better starting off with a nice breakfast would fuel your customers for a great day.the

It’s the people for me. We arrived very late on a Thursday and Jared checked us in. They were so kind and noticed I was celebrating my 40th birthday with them. They upgraded our room to a higher floor, gave us free VIP Lounge access and even covered one of the nights of parking. They checked in via text regularly. The space has a great vibe and you can’t beat the ease to the Mall. The only complaints was the bed was kind of uncomfortable, room a little small and the toilet had a flushing issue. Other than that- every thing was spot on. We will be back next year!

Girls weekend
Pros:

We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday. Girls night at the hotel and shop at MOA. Madeline checked us it - they are amazing! Super nice, super helpful. I've actually stayed here before and meant to write a review about Madeline last time we stayed. Truly appreciate them making our experience genuine.

Great Hotel! Location is perfect and parking is so convenient. The room was brand newly remodeled and very nice. We had concierge lounge access. These amenities are awesome all day beverages and great appetizers and breakfast on 13th floor. The front desk lady was very nice and deserves a shout out! Thanks again for being in such a great location for shopping and dining!

Ideal place to stay if you’re visiting MOA
Pros:

This was my 2nd stay here and we really enjoyed ourselves both times. Hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, and staff is friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.
It was so nice to wander directly into the mall without having to go outside in the Minnesota winter. Even though we live relatively close this may be a mini-trip we do again, just to get a fancy, lazy weekend away.
