Fun hotel; perfect location for Mall of America
Pros:

A must for those serious shoppers. Location of the Radisson Blu made our shopping experience easy and convenient. You literally DO NOT have to go outside to enter the Mall of America. We could return to our room to drop off our purchases then go out again and shop. Our room was fabulous. No microwave. The hotel restaurant served great food at an affordable price.

Exceeded Expectations!

I was honestly apprehensive booking the Radisson Blu because it was my first time staying at a Choice Hotel property. I usually stay at brands like Four Seasons and Marriott, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

But from the moment I booked the room through the entire stay, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made traveling with my family so much easier and stress-free.

The hospitality felt genuinely premium and consistent from start to finish. Radisson Blu completely exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The dining experience was superb, and I appreciated the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to access the Mall of America. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Mall of America in February 2026. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of.
A very special thank you to Louise, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She treated us like family — warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful in every interaction. She didn’t just provide service; she created an experience. Every request was handled with professionalism and kindness, and she made sure we were comfortable at all times. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to hospitality, and she truly made a lasting impression on our family.
The hotel itself is outstanding — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The convenience of being directly connected to Mall of America is a huge advantage, especially when traveling with family. Being able to walk straight into the mall without going outside made everything easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.
Service, cleanliness, value, and location were all excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will absolutely return. Thank you again to Louise and the entire team for making us feel so welcomed.

Blue Radisson, excellent hotel inside Mall of America
Pros:

Excellent experience, very easy visit to the mall of America when staying attached. No need to go outside in the cold or the rain. Beautiful restaurant beautiful rooms very quiet in the room couldn’t hear anybody in the hallways, etc. Excellent executive lounge. Highly recommend staying on the executive floors for full breakfast full dinner. Would recommend going at less busy times as there are still conventions around.

Excellent hotel, just be prepared for the showers.
Pros:

Very modern and clean hotel. Loved the vibe in the lobby and the staff was very friendly. I was in their conference rooms for a work event and the food was excellent. My only small complaint was the shower with no door and only a rain head. Who designed those showers?? Besides that, it was a great stay. Appreciated the free shuttle to MSP.

Loved the place, but it could’ve been cleaner and the bar is amazing

Everything was good. The room could’ve been a little cleaner actually a lot cleaner, but other than that, I know they have a ton of traffic. I enjoy my day. The bar downstairs is amazing.

Great family hotel
Pros:

Great convenience for a family to stay and shop. The boys could go back to the hotel while the girls cruised the mall. Beautiful hotel and the room was very nice. Floor 12 was newly redone and it felt very luxury. One flaw to note: the bathroom faucet was set back a bit too far and water goes all over the back of the counter. And the shower could use a bit more pressure. But an over all great experience. We will be back when the pool reopens.

Airport disappointment

This hotel made a bad experience at the airport to a very pleasant experience walking the Mall of America and eating dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wild rice soup is not to be missed!!!

You should stay here!!
Pros:

The rooms are quiet and VERY clean…with thermostats that actually control the temps of the room, cool/comfortable sheets on the beds, there’s always hot water…so many positives that I could list here…and being attached the the Mall is a bonus! It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in town for work.❤️
