For the price not worth it too many inconveniences
Pros:

Attached to mall that’s honestly the only good thing

Cons:

pool closed ,shower had no door to stop water from escaping ,bathroom light outside bathroom,no microwave,no bathroom door lock for privacy,multiple transactions pulled even after already paying for stay very inconvenient even if they are reversed later plus having to pay such a big rate to not include parking is insane

Overall happy with the stay, just did not feel like we got the full value out of our stay.
Pros:

Location was great, room was great, clean and convenient.

Cons:

Was disappointed with wayfinding and general information. We were not informed where/schedule for breakfast, which was part of the stay and we found out later down the hall. The coffee maker in the room did not work.

It was fair but we expected to be in better quality
Pros:

I liked the way the receptionists treated us .They were very helpful and respectful to last minute we left
I liked the breakfast ,it was nice

Cons:

There was a smell in the pillows like an old one, so it affected my sleep
Also there was a smell in the bathroom which I expect came from the toilet
The shower curtains looked old and worn off and I expected as it’s a famous hotel to have something nice
Also the towels looked old old and there were threads coming from their edges
The body lotion bottle at the bathroom also was half full and looked old

Nice stay!
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and polite! The room was really clean, bright and modern looking. We used the executive lounge and enjoyed the comfortable setting and the drinks and snacks.

Great value, Prime location
Pros:

Exceptional customer service at each phase of my stay, Jordan at front desk very helpful, shuffle service to airport goes beyond expectations. Location almost inside MOA for all weather shopping. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Excellent location for making fun memories at the Mall of America
Pros:

This is the second year my daughter and I have gone to the Mall of America and stayed at this hotel for back to school shopping. The hotel is beautiful, modern clean, conveniently connected right to the Mall of America has friendly staff and a great restaurant with delicious food and tasty drinks. We will be making this a tradition every year.
