I checked early which was great and then check at 3 do to the winter storm coming. I did use the room other then drop and pick my bags.

Requested room towards the top online and was accommodated
Pros:

I had requested having a room up high when I booked online so my toddler could ride the elevator and watch everything up high. We were accommodated and saw all the planes take off from the airport and it was awesome.

This hotel was very nice, and I had no issues during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the lobby was nice, the access to the mall via skyway was a plus, and the hotel restaurant had great food and amazing staff.

Room okay but facility not up to Blu standards for the price.
Pros:

Room was okay but the linens were worn and tired. Public use chairs were dirty, worn out and fraying. No concierge as advertised thus staff could not provide any recommendations for restaurants, spas etc. No spa on property as advertised. Pool still closed. Though shuttle is advertised for transportation nearby it could never take us anywhere. Dinner host was not familiar with advertised special events.
