Good location and good gym, comfortable.
Pros:

Our second time at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. We stay here because of the hotel gym, which is well equipped with a seated leg curl machine, leg extension machine, a cable machine, pull up bars, dumbbells, and several other machines for lat pulldowns, chest presses, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the hotel was...the hotel seems well built, so there was very little to no noise in the hallways and from other rooms. The room itself is quiet as well (no A/C noise, for example). The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet...businesslike in a way. I would have expected more families because of the Mall's proximity, but the hotel was very quiet. Certainly some aircrews stay here, as a crew rode with me to the hotel from the airport on the hotel shuttle.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, spacious, and airy and equipped with a small refrigerator and a Nespresso type coffee maker. TV worked fine.

Parking is easy in the attached garage, and of course the hotel is connected to the Mall of America. In addition to the restaurants in the MoA, there are three restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel: an IHOP, TGI Friday's, and a Chevy's Mexican. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the MSP airport, which runs every 30 minutes.

Staff and service were fine, and the hotel is clean but not spotless. Things like welcome mats at the main doors should have been vacuumed, for example.

We recently stayed here and had an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downfall was the pool being closed for construction, but overall we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Fantastic location!
Pros:

Overall, pretty great experience. Very unique atmosphere and the staff was great. Our room was clean and could tell they take pride in keeping up to date on trends. One thing we thought was odd, was that the rooms did not have microwaves and only one available to use by guests, which was on a different floor. It wasn't a huge setback, but for the price we paid, I would have expected one to be in the room. With that being said, we will be back! The convenience of having it connected to the Mall of America is definitely worth it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. This is my first time staying at a “blu” property and I would definitely stay again. It was convenient to everything. The small issue I had with the room safe was address within minutes! Rooms were clean. Food at the hotel restaurant was good too!

The only place to stay in the South suburbs
Pros:

The Blu is without a doubt the best hotel in the MSP suburban area. Fire/Lake is an exceptional restaurant and bar with an incredible whiskey selection, the rooms are perfectly appointed, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at Blus across North America and Europe and the MOA location is by far the best.

An Easy And Relaxing Trip To MOA

I had an amazing time at Radison Blu MOA. The hotel was simply beautiful and quite cheap for the quality. It was a simple check in and out. They even sent a link the day before to allow us to check in before we got there. Parking was quick, easy, and not packed while I was there. I paid $50 for two nights of parking. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We ordered door dash because most of the food spots close by 9:30 but they always dropped our food in the lobby and we simply went down to get it. You need your key card to use the elevator which I like because it makes things more secure. It was a very laid back atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was always filled with laughter but the hotel was never loud. If you felt like going to the MOA, all you had to do was come out of the elevator hallway and take a left after the restaurant and you were there! Thank you for an amazing weekend. We even got to see Ampers&One for free 🥰

The reason I gave it a 4 is some parts are very dated.. people on higher floors had renovated rooms mine and another friend on floor 4&5 very dated . I’d advise they don’t use these old rooms bc they r very dated and worn out. Another set of friends had new modern clean..

BEST hotel in Minneapolis!!

My husband and I had the chance to stay at this beautiful hotel! I did not have one bad experience staying at Radisson Blu. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY amazing and very convenient. Hotel shuttle service every 30 minutes. Continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic and did not feel over crowded! Also, if you wanted to explore the mall, you’re in luck because the mall is connected! No driving necessary. We didn’t even need a rental car for our trip because the mall pretty much had everything! The room itself was gorgeous, we were also told that we stayed in a newly renovated room, very clean, very elegant, all was lovely! We didn’t hear anything alarming as far as noise level, we actually wouldn’t have even known we had neighbors haha. Definitely worth every penny, especially if your first time traveling to Minneapolis!

Would recommend this hotel
Pros:

Very nice updated hotel and room with a great vibe. The room was clean and well appointed. I really enjoyed the walk-in shower and the other amenities of the room like the wardrobe, refrigerator, and coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - even hunted down an Amazon package that was delivered to the wrong location for me. As an attendee, the large conference rooms were perfect for hosting our multi-session event. Access to the mall was very easy through a large open corridor. The only thing I saw needing attention was the fitness room, not that it’s unusable - just needs some help. Every machine needs a little TLC/grease. And the mats and medicine balls need replacing. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
