Great!!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was a little pricey, but very good. Wonderful to have direct access to the mall no going outside and freezing cold weather. Staff was amazing.

Great place to stay when you have to catch a flight or just want to hang at the Mall of America for a day or 2!
Pros:

Always love staying at the Blu when we fly. Our flights don’t line up when we leave from our small airport to catch a flight from MSP and back so we go the night before stay at the Blu and wander the MOA and catch our flight out the next morning and do the same on return. Very convenient for us. Saves us from having to drive to MSP to catch our flight, pay for parking and all because the Blu offers shuttles to/from the airport

Pros:

Sheets were too stiff, no blanket/ bedspread. Doors slammed shut when neighbors left their rooms, you could hear everything in adjoining room. Very nicely renovated, smelled and appeared clean. For being connected to the mall of America it was difficult to get a casual meal.

Motion sensor thermostat leads to uncomfortable stays
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this property several times. If you’re one that enjoys sleeping cold or warm, regardless of time of year, you won’t have a comfortable stay. The thermostats are motion sensor, so they’re continuously turning off on you. I enjoy my rooms at 76 in the winter and 70 during the summer. If I’m in bed scrolling on my phone or watching tv, the thermostat will confine to turn off after lack of movement, resulting in me having to run around the room to get it to kick back on. Horrible hotel. Never stayed at such a cheap hotel. They call it energy saving but it’s just an excuse. Guest should have the right to be comfortable in their own rooms. With so many other nearby hotels, I highly recommend avoiding this property.

Would definitely stay here next time in Minneapolis
Pros:

I’ve travelled to all 50 states, so I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel was truly 5 stars! The staff was courteous and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the fixtures were contemporary. The rate was reasonable and the location was ideal- close to the airport and attached to the Mall of America with a free shuttle to the airport. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was top notch with upper shelf selections. I would say this is in the top 5 hotel stays for me ever.

Birthday Getaway

Came for my wife’s birthday getaway. The stay was Amazing. The hotel is incredible, the staff were soo helpful and kind. I told them it was my wife’s birthday and they had chocolates and a bottle of champagne waiting in the room. The room we got didn’t have a tub and we called and asked if it would be possible to change rooms and we got an upgrade. They were amazing, the hotel is Phenomenal, second time coming and Radisson Blu continues to outdo themselves. We love it here!

Wonderful experience!!!
Pros:

Our entire 4 day stay was GREAT!!! I do not have one single complaint. The shuttle was ready and waiting for us at the airport; driver was very friendly and informative. The bellmen were polite! The front desk staff was always nice, helpful and available during the entire stay. I am a very particular person but I can say this Radisson Blu was perfect!!! We will be staying with Radisson Blu again when we travel back to Minneapolis. Definitely a 5 🌟 hotel experience!!!!! Thank you!

Pros:

This hotel is perfect if visiting Mall of America. Attached to the mall! It has a comfortable bar and restaurant. Lovely ambiance through out the building. Lobby is well staffed and beautiful. Only wish the bedding was more substantial.....too thin.

Our stay at Radisson Blue
Pros:

The location was perfect, right inside the Mall of America. The atmosphere was peaceful. The rooms were nice but due to city regulations, does not include a microwave. One disappointment was their pool was down, so the only way to swim was to take a shuttle to their sister hotel. This wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t extremely cold outside. Overall the value for my trip was good. I would stay here again. The rooms were well cleaned and housekeeping was very accommodating with refreshing our linens. There was no noise in the halls, even with children on site. We appreciate the hotel staff very much for all their assistance during our trip. Tia at the front desk was awesome!

Seamless and convenient hotel experience

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times and really appreciate the access the hotel provides to food, coffee, and shopping options. The staff are really friendly and we’ve always found the rooms to be quite nice. No complaints!
