Das Zimmer, das Yue Restaurant, das Frühstück (grosser Auswahl an asiatische Gerichte, 4-5 Sorten Brot und es hatte auch Süssgebäck), das Personal.
The hotel itself is gigantic - everything is made at superlative. Interesting handcrafted, meticulous art displayed in the main hall.
The room was spacious and well conceived, with designated spaces well defined - it even had a walk-in closet. The designer paid a keen attention to the combination of colours and decorations - all nicely matching in symbiose. The bathroom was very generous in space and sparkling clean perhaps because of the marble like materials used.
The breakfast was generous and well conceived even for an expat.
I think the armchair provided for the working desk is a no match - it is too shallow for the purpose. A revolving armchair would have been better.
The shower/toilet door (sliding from one to another) was badly corroded at its bottom part and requires replacement.
I think the restaurant at first floor closes much earlier then the printed schedule, all without a warning.
I would have expected from a hotel of this caliber to be able to call taxis promptly on a dedicated line. Instead, the concierge used personal phones and DiDi app to arrange for taxi - that looked flimsy.

こちらのせいですが、金庫のパスワードを忘れてしまい、開錠をフロントに依頼したのですが、滞在中に対応いただけなかったです。（金庫内に何もいれていなかったため問題はありませんでしたが）

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit grossem Dopoelbett und Hafenblick gebucht. Bekommen habe ich 2 Einzelbetten und kein Blick, höchstens auf die Fassade des Hochhauses gegenüber. Weder Genius- noch Marriott Bonus Vorteile wurden gewährt. Der Herr beim Checkin sprach fast kein Englisch. Mühsame Verständigung mit meinem wenigen Chinesisch. Im Hotel keinerlei Ausschilderung, Fahrstühle in der letzten Ecke versteckt. Zimmer kalt und keine Möglichkeit, die Klimatisierung zur Heizfunktion zu bewegen. Es kam nur kalte Luft. Hotel ist schon älter, was man Ausstattung und Zustand ansieht. Frühstück typischer Sheraton Durchschnitt, aber etwas schlechter als andere Sheraton in China.
Lage des Hotels im Niemandsland. Es gibt Nichts, was man zu Fuss erreichen könnte.
