Pros:

This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton.

one of the best hotels I have been to,
- great service
- competent English speaking staff
- clean, well-kept rooms,
- wonderful bathroom,
- good location, close to metro line 10 - 44 minutes from the SHA center
- great breakfast
- dinner is available in the lobby and in the room
- sauna, swimming pool, and SPA, great infrastructure.
I recommend it to everyone - I will come back here too

Good Modern hotel
Pros:

This is a great hotel and very modern. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The wifi was not good at all but it never is in China.

Estancia corta pero agradable después de haber tenido que cambiar de hotel en Shanghai porque el anterior hotel era una ratonera. Zona tranquila y un servicio admirable. Todo limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Lo anoto para mis próximas visitas a Shanghai.

Pros:

El hotel es excelente, limpieza, personal, desayuno, todo es increíble. Si van de turismo no lo recomiendo ya que se encuentra muy alejado del centro y el taxi es algo elevado, de ahí en fuera excelente hotel.

아 가성비 이보다 좋을순 없음
외각이라 도심으로 가는데 시간이 좀 걸리긴 하지만 전철 지하철을 타는게 어렵지가 않음
조식도 나쁘지 않음
솔직히 이 가격에 이 정도 시설이면 그냥 한달 빌려서 가만히 쉬어도 좋은 가격이라고 생각함

我定的是一個超大双人床房間，定的三個成人住的，它收費是本兩個成人，因我們是三個成人，我和太太女兒！所以它要加錢收多一個成人費用！我是相信是會加一床給我們的！
由於我們航班被取消要改航班，所以晚了九點左右才到酒店，問前台我們的房間是否加床給我們，她説不如改一個双人房給我們！我以為是一queen size,和一單人床，所以就話好！只是上到去看到只是两張普通單人床！因夜了還未食晚飯，就算了！
吃過後就回房間，想洗澡時只得二套毛布，所以要打電話叫拿多套來！女兒因爲日間飛盤比賽完累了，所以洗澡後馬上睡了！我和太太洗澡後上床時發現在我床上的被套內有一只酒店的拖鞋在內！我們馬上打電話投诉，你們說上來換，只是我女兒已睡了，明天還要比賽所以就不換了！
