Pros:

Τα είδη πρωινού που είχε κάθε πρωί και ο καφές πολύ καλά . Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ζεστό. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό.

Cons:

Δεν είχε παντζουρι και έμπαινε φως τα πρωινά, δεν είχε φωτό των δωματίων ώστε να βλέπουμε πως θα είναι εκεί που θα μείνουμε.

Fine classic hotel with proper reception desk and good facilities
Pros:

Splendid old building with plenty of character, very well fitted out and comfortable in convenient location. Helpful staff with 24 hour reception. Help yourself to coffee/tea cold breakfast cereal bars, croissants.

Pros:

Nuestra experiencia alojándonos en Eliza House fue maravillosa. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a un par de minutos andando de una parada de bus y tranvía que conecta directamente con el aeropuerto y a media hora andando del centro de la ciudad. El personal fue amable y atento. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las camas eran muy cómodas.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Location of hotel was really quiet close to many restaurants and bars and about 15 to 30 min walk to centre room was clean and fresh a lovely original features especially the staircase

Cons:

Beds were toi soft for us so didn't get a good night sleep we prefer a firm matress

Cons:

On est arrivé vers 1h. La chambre était pas du tout prête. Le lit simple avait était utilisé. On a dû dormir dans des draps déjà utilisé par une autre personne et ils étaient sale. Une serviette sale était par terre dans la salle de bain. Les serviettes propres qui étaient à notre disposition était pratiquement toutes tâchées. La moitié des prises dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. La salle de bain ne fermait pas. Et la lampe de chevet dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.
Vraiment très déçu...

Soluzione strategica e funzionale
Pros:

La posizione è strategica, si è a 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni di Edimburgo (così da Royal Mile, così da Dean Village o Stockbridge) ed è soprattutto a 30 secondi dalla stazione di Haymarket, cruciale sia per il trasporto a/r per l'aeroporto, sia per qualsiasi altro spostamento, che sia in tram o con i lothian bus. La struttura è molto accogliente e carina, sente il peso degli anni, ma fa un bell'effetto. La reception è attiva 24h e dalle 7 alle 11 offre uno spuntino/colazione che può essere tattico.

Cons:

Nella stanza che ho avuto c'erano due problemi principali: 1) un'insopportabile ventola nel bagno (chiaramente non finestrato) che faceva un gran rumore senza assolvere completamente ed efficacemente al proprio compito; 2) gli infissi è come se non esistessero, se il potenziale freddo viene tamponato da stufette e condizionatori in maniera soddisfacente, dall'altro sembra di stare in mezzo alla strada e si sente ogni sorta di rumore dall'esterno.

Pros:

Interni dell’hotel e della camera meravigliosi, personale estremamente gentile e accogliente. All’ingresso é presente un dispenser di acqua da usare all’occorrenza e al mattino é disponibile una macchinetta per potersi preparare caffè, cappuccino, cioccolata etc con un vasto assortimento di cornetti confezionati.

Pros:

Posizione pazzesca, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del pullman Haymarket, che in 25 minuti circa dall' aeroporto ti lascia li.
Vicinissima al centro, collegata con moltissimi bus, ma noi abbiamo sempre fatto a piedi, in 25-30 minuti di bella passeggiata arrivi ovunque!

il palazzo, un po datato ma bellissimo.

Pros:

I absolutely loved the design of the building and the decor. I liked the morning coffee machine with packaged pastries and selection of cakes in reception area. Great location 10min walk from the main town. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Outside the front was a small seating area

Cons:

The only downside was turning on the bathroom light the extractor fan auto kicks in which was quiet loud at night.

Classico hotel scozzese.
Pros:

Disponibilità del personale, ambiente accogliente, colazione gratis, posizione ottima.
Siamo arrivati alle 9 del mattino, ci hanno dato la stanza nonostante il check in fosse alle 3 del pomeriggio. Non funzionava il nostro adattatore, ne hanno fornito uno loro gratis.

Cons:

Stanze datate nonostante il recente rinnovo.
Stufette per scaldare l'ambiente che di notte non funzionavano.
