Un quatrième séjour toujours aussi exceptionnel au Conrad Dubai !
C’est déjà notre quatrième séjour au Conrad Dubai et, une fois encore, tout était au top. Le niveau de service reste vraiment premium et constant à chacun de nos séjours.
Notre chambre Two Family était superbe, spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Un grand bravo à l’équipe du housekeeping pour la propreté irréprochable et le soin apporté quotidiennement à nos chambres.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, très varié, avec beaucoup de choix et une qualité toujours au rendez-vous.
Mais ce qui fait véritablement la différence au Conrad, c’est la qualité du personnel : professionnel, attentionné, souriant et toujours disponible. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Aïcha à l’accueil, qui a répondu avec beaucoup d’attention à tous nos besoins, à Kawtar, toujours souriante et bienveillante, ainsi qu’à Mohamed de la sécurité, d’une extrême gentillesse.
Un grand merci également à Semud, Rahul et May Rahul à la piscine, pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs attentions.
Nous nous sentons toujours extrêmement bien accueillis dans cet hôtel. Après quatre séjours, le Conrad Dubai reste pour nous une valeur sûre à Dubaï et une adresse où nous revenons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce nouveau séjour exceptionnel. 10/10, sans hésitation ! Nous reviendrons au Conrad insh'allah

I was attending meetings locally so location was great; and the hotel is centrally located so can easily and quickly take the metro or an uber to where you want to go. The staff are exceptional - from the attendants out front, the reception staff, the concierge, the staff in the restaurants and gym, the housekeeping people, all really really good. Room was clean and I had a very good stay.
