Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at the Conrad, staff were very friendly & helpful, very clean, catered for all.. variety of food.. close to shops, easy access to transport, rooms very spacious, pool, is well designed, there was really nothing we could fault about this hotel & its staff.. would definitely stay there again & highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent. My kids loved it. The breakfast buffet is worth the money, excellent food choices. Staff were amazing. Esp the people outside the door helping guests to get taxi etc…would love to return.

Our stay at the Conrad was perfect. Everything about the Conrad is of the highest standard; above all, the dedication of the staff to delight their guests is unparalleled. Every experience, from start to finish, was stellar.
The Conrad is a grand and regal hotel. Stepping into the lobby, you feel like it could be the setting for an Agatha Christie book: it’s lively, with lots of people coming and going or simply enjoying meeting each other. Staff are everywhere, ready to help, and there is a lovely coffee shop and a tantalizing gift store.
The rooms, by contrast, are pin drop quiet. The spacious rooms come with a large ensuite, equipped with a huge tub, a shower, double sinks, and plenty of counter space. In keeping with the style of the hotel, there is a lovely bathroom amenity box with all the essentials, in case you forget to bring something.
When were (sadly) ready to leave, the front desk was happy to accommodate our request to store our bags until late in the evening.
We are already missing the amazing staff at the Conrad - and counting the days to our next visit!
