Handy for me when visiting family. Always clean & housekeeping staff very helpful if you need anything.
Shower room is lovely size.

Cons:

Bedrooms could do with freshening up & more or larger shelves would be of great help. There’s nowhere to put anything & I have to take my nebuliser daily. Having to use it on the floor isn’t ideal at all.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel is surrounded by the nature where you can hear lovely bird chirping in morning. Staff are very friendly. The dinner at hotel restaurant is surprisingly wonderful.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit dated but very clean.

Corporate and clean. Does what it says on the tin.
Pros:

A nice location, clearly set up for conferences and larger groups. Each bedroom unit is quiet, comfortable and contains everything you want.
Lickey Hills are stunning at all times of year.

Cons:

Quirks of the place:
Because it's a conference centre, it feels corporate rather than personal. Staff are lovely but nothing else is individual.
Deserted when "out of season".
Bathroom light is a movement sensor, so if standing in the shower, with the door closed, it may not see you and you'll end your shower in the dark. It comes back on when you want to step out of the shower cubicle.
The coffee tasted bitter, even when provided in a pot at breakfast. I'm used to it out of the packets, but was disappointed to taste it that way at breakfast.

Welcoming, Modern and perfect relaxed environment - would stay here again in a heart beat!
Pros:

Staff friendly and welcoming, Bedroom was clean with everything you expect in it and the bed was super comfy quite possibly the best night sleep iv had in a hotel for months.
Breakfast was yummy! hot, fresh and plenty of choice. 5*

Nothing not to like.
