もっと高齢者に優しく♡
Pros:

洗面所などのコップが紙コップで良かった。歯ブラシが大きめで粉もたっぷりで良かった。冷蔵庫がキンキンに冷えて良かった。飲食店・駅近で良かった。ベットが大きく寝心地が良かった。近くのイオンが遅くまでやっていて、夜食を購入することが出来てコンビニより安く済んだ

Cons:

レストラン設備が無く朝食が食べれなかったこと。部屋全体を明るくする灯が欲しかった。高齢者と同行でしたが、別の部屋の高齢者が暖房の操作がどこにあるか分からず、暑すぎる部屋で就寝しようとしたが寝れなかったとのこと。
部屋着の場所も机の中で無いと探していたので、高齢者でも分かり易い表示などがあると助かります。

利便性は良かった！
Pros:

ベッドは、思ったより広くと枕の感じはとても良かった！

Cons:

最近はビジネスホテルでも、大浴場も有り朝食の軽いブッフェも充実してる所が多くコ・ス・パも良いのですが今回のAPAホテルは、値段の割には、利用価値が少し欠けていたのが残念でした。

まずは満足な旅でした。
Pros:

JR橋本駅から徒歩数分の至近距離が良かった。

Cons:

セミダブルの部屋が想定以上に狭かったこと。これは私の選択ミスでした。ダブルベットを選択すべきでした。

Pros:

福岡から神奈川、真夏から真冬、地域と季節に関係なく、いつも静かなスペースと行き届いたサービスを提供していただきまして、いつも大変感謝しております。今回の研究のためにでしたが、予約からチェックアウトまで、何もかも期待通りの満足さでした。サービスのオプションはどこも共通しているのか、泊りの回数が増えれば増えるほど一貫性で効率と住まい心地（慣れ）でやはり何かと便利でいろいろと手間が省かれ、外に止まっている気がしなくなるんですね。就職してクレジットカードを入手できるようになっても、やはりAPAを選んでいきたいと思います。
