The Altius A Boutique Hotel

Everything was excellent except the dinner price 3300 for one .

Fridge didn't work it room staff changed it to another not working fridge . Room was dirty bathroom was worse one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in India. And they had the audacity to charge me 105rs for some ice as the fridge didn't work . Please don't book this place we checked into another hotel just near and so much better

Rooms are so dirty.. there was hairs on room floor and washroom was so dirty. No proper hygiene was maintained. It’s showing 4-star on google but it is worst than even a 1-star hotel

Excellent hotel .Ms Rinnie is excellent as a hostess.We had a family function and she was awsome Recommended to my friends. This hotel,staff are great.the service, food was excellent and a personal touch was given

The staff were highly unprofessional and started to ask for unnecessary money after checkout
On questioning they threatened me that they will call cops if i do not pay. I ended up paying because cops were there and that was poor service

A terrible hotel and recommending guests to please refrain from using this hotel , horrible and rude staff want to only extract money from guests , the front office girl was highly rude and. Want to take money but they don’t want to give bill ! No service etiquette and why these people only want to extract money , for the management team pls we are coming out from far and there is a way to treat your customers ! My worst experience!! Please learn how to behave with guests

Absolutely worthless for every penny.
To start with the Hotel is not well coordinated , the reception staff AM and PM are totally helpless. They do not liaise with the booking partner and then you as customers face the trouble.
Pay for the breakfast at the booking page and they’ll say that the breakfast is not there in the reservation and ask you to pay for it.
Be ready to get going two times, to and fro from the restro to the reception.
The breakfast is pathetic. Croissant’s are cold, limited options, they do not have even ice , needless to say it is not a hotel to go for . The rooms are very narrow, the washroom has leakage, exhaust of the washrooms doesn't work. For requesting any housing keeping service i had to call 6 times for any service.
The hotel has worst food, the complimentary breakfast given by the hotel has a very lesser variety of cuisines, even a road side small chai wala has more variety of snacks to offer with tea than this so called 4 star hotel.
Even after escalating the issue to hotel management there response was so casual like if they already aware about the problem and they don't want to take any action on it.
All they care is about asking for money time to time and providing no services in return.
DONOT LOOK TO STAY HERE, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
No pancakes, nuggets are cold and the service of the restaurant staff is also 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎not coming back again.

The front desk serves as the bridge between the customer and the company. A great receptionist is a people person who can light up the room for prospective clients to make them more receptive to the offerings of the company – someone who greets customers with a friendly smStaff is good and helpful specially Front office person in night . Rooms are quite good and cleaned, lawn area is beautiful all over i enjoyed my stay here, want to vist again.Thank you Altius

We travelled on a business/vacation trip to India, Chandigarh from the UK and this hotel was recommended to us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is absolutely clean and the food is delicious. They offer all night service although limited items after 11pm. Nevertheless the food is absolutely delicious. I had there garlic tandoori king prawns. They were awesome! 🔥🔥🔥 definitely will be our choice of stay whenever we travel back to Chandigarh. Loved it. Amazing experience after having travelled to India after 17 years.

Ambience of breakfast restaurant was ok due to direct sunlight on some tables. Blinds required.
Mini fridge did not have deep freeze so used the hotel kitchen fridge to store my icepacks.
Any door open or shut in corridor or anyone talking in corridor it was heard clearly in rooms. If anyone checkin late then it was noisy inside rooms. (Have given less stars because of this otherwise all other things manageable as staff is well trained)

I stayed in Altius hotel for 1 night. The check-in was fast. The room was on the smaller side with a working desk. There was a pillar right in the middle of the room (a little annoying). The food was tasty but a little costly. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. Room cleanliness can be better. Breakfast was limited but the taste was good. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall a good stay.

There are two party halls in this porperty, one on second and one on top floor. I stayed there for 3 nights and all nights they played loud music. They have completely non-soundproof walls. You can hear noises from all walls and upper floor as well. I wouldn't recommend this property if you want to have a peaceful sleep.

I went to the place with my family, the linens were dirty and were smelling.The food was very average and expensive. The breakfast options were very limited.Staff was humble and cooperative.Looks more like a local business class hotel, avoid this place.

I went there with my family for two nights.we enjoyed our stay and we were happy with the hospitality .food was great will visit again. I specially want to thank Gursharan Singh GM of the hotel for hosting so well. It was great talking .
