Pros:

The staffs, especially Emilia very supportive and helpful. The breakfast was good

There was no one to help with luggage and stairs also to carry the luggage, was not ok.

Pros:

Location is really central and close to all the main sightseeing places. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

The streets nearby could look a bit dangerous to walk, a lot of homeless people.

Confortable and Central
Pros:

I really liked the beds. The most comfortable of my recent travels. There was a good breakfast resturant attached to the hotel. The hotel had free combs and razors and other useful things people often forget available at the front desk. The staff were helpful. I noticed the hotel had options to tour the area from the hotel.

Cons:

The area was a little sketchy, but maybe that is just Bangkok.

The place was very clean, the staff were friendly.

Cons:

There were bugs everywhere. In the washroom, in your hotel room, in the buffet even dead bugs in the food. I didn’t feel like eating the food when I saw that. We have stayed in much cheaper hotels and never saw this issue.

Buon punto d'appoggio nella old town
Pros:

Struttura ok con quello che serve, camera pulita, nulla di pazzesco ma se si usa come base d'appoggio per la notte va più che bene

La colazione poco varia e in gran parte con cibo thailandese, sul buffet camminavano delle formiche, non per forza indice di scarsa igiene ma non piacevole

the hotel was clean and the location was close to the old city center.

Cons:

The room got a bit of noise from outside. I wish the food quality was better in the breakfast (croissants, bread etc.). If you are not used to Thai food, good luck.
