Truly exceptional, genuine hospitality throughout.
Pros:

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years, and this was - by far - the friendliest team I’ve ever come across. What made it even more special was how genuine everyone was. Nothing felt scripted or forced - just warm, natural hospitality.

And even though I interacted with different staff members throughout my stay, every single person was amazing. From the front office to the restaurant team, the service was consistently outstanding. Truly a fantastic team all around.

Vom allerersten Moment an fühlt man sich im Royal St. Georges nicht nur willkommen, sondern wirklich gesehen. Dieses warme, ehrliche Gefühl begleitet einen durch den gesamten Aufenthalt und ist alles andere als selbstverständlich. Eine solche Herzlichkeit habe ich nur sehr selten erlebt. Dieses Hotel kann ich aus voller Überzeugung und in jeder Hinsicht zu 100 % empfehlen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Simon, eine Seele von Mensch und der Grund, warum man jedes Mal lächelt, sobald man ihm begegnet.

Das angeblich immer verfügbare Essen (3 Auswahlen) war nicht verfügbar. Nicht einmal eine Pizza konnte serviert werden. Oder die Rezeption hatte einfach keine Zeit dafür...

Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé. Le service au restaurant doit être amélioré.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et les lits très confortbales

Cons:

Si le personnel du restaurant était très sympathique, la lenteur du service était inadmissible. Quelque chose ne fonctionne pas dans l'organisation du restaurant. mis à part cela, le repas était très bien.

Geschlafen wie ein König, sehr herzliches Willkommenspaket, es wurde an alles gedacht, königlicher Einrichtungsstil, sehr grosse & bequeme Betten, 3 Balkone im Zimmer

Sauna war morgens noch kalt leider, obwohl offiziell geöffnet, Frühstück etwas kühl und unpersönlich im Vergleich zu dem warmen Empfang aber dennoch ok

Pros:

早餐很丰富！房间面积超级大，有阳台，可以直接看到雪山。洗护用品很全，都是娇韵诗，很好用。床巨大，房间暖气足。离火车站只有8分钟，设施好，地理位置也好，超级满意！！！
