Carbon Hotel - Different Hotels

Great location, friendly and informal atmosphere, well designed rooms, and world class restaurant with exquisite cuisine.

Located downtown Genk is directly connected by an elevator to an underground parking area.
In the surrounding areas at a walkable distance you may find several restaurants and pubs.
Train station is very close.
Room was clean and comfortable but unusual as the bath tube is next to the bed.
Minibar should be provided by water, I only found coca-cola and beer.
Breakfast was good with multiple choices.
Staff very kind.

Grote kamer, bad staat in het midden van de kamer, niet echt aan te raden als je als vrienden op vakantie komt.
1 grote en 1 kleinere handdoek. Misschien nog een gastenhanddoekje leggen bij de wastafel.
Wcbril is pijnlijk als je er lang op zit., zit niet confortabel. Top dat er een kluisje en een ijskast is in de kast. Super fijn king size bed en grote smart-tv. Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreide keuze aan ontbijt.m, wordt ook altijd goed aangevuld.

I was overcharged, but this hotel refused to issue a refund.
They admitted to the overcharge yet refused to process the refund. No matter how many times I followed up, they stopped responding to my emails.
I have no way to get my money back and am left with no choice but to accept this injustice. I hope this extremely poor treatment becomes widely known.

Aivan keskustassa. Mukava kylpyamme, mutta samalla erikoisin huone jossa olen käyny. Kylpyamme oli huoneessa, ei suljetussa kylpyhuoneessa.

The bedroom had a very nice design and I could sleep very well. Only the free space next to the plug socket was a little bit to small for a 15.6'' Laptop.

The quality of Breakfast was very good. For a short stay the assortment of food was good. But after a while ist became a little bit boring. Why did you not make changes in the assortment?

Prachtig restaurant, kamers veel minder , netheid laat te wensen over , hier en daar mankementen, kamer was niet klaar, douche niet proper, te donker, nog koffie van de vorige klanten en nadien niet bijgevuld.Ontbijt niet tijdig aangevuld, geen vers fruit of groentjes.

Het ontbijt was vrij prijzig voor een standaard ontbijt met soms wat ontbrekende producten op de schotels.
In de lift was ook een sterke afvalgeur waarneembaar.
De kamers waren op zich ok en hier hebben wij geen opmerkingen over.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij een echte aanrader. een mooi hotel

Strong smell in room from the material in floor and walls, did not help to open window. Allergics like me should avoid. Stains on sheets, most likely just a check miss. Ran out of breakfast options, limited it seems, no refill.

Best hotel ever

Very nice and modern bedrooms, good breakfast. We didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant as it was closed. Nice to splendide time in the welness zone. We just had a small lack in the spa. A swimming-pool or a jacuzzi would be welcome. 😉

All showerheads were covered in calcium deposits, just looking around all of it felt clean but looking to the ceiling, it is clear cleaning staff was looking mainly on eye level and not upwards. The wellness wasn't staffed and all of the showerheads were calcified. Parking was also not included in the room price. Overall the price was quite high for the level of comfort and cleanliness expected.
