Best hotel in Nagano
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillow best we have had in our 6 hotels we stayed throughout Japan,, coin laundry, nice choice of breakfeast,7_ 11 shop at entrance, cafes and restaurants nearby, free toiletries to choose, pajamas provided, friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel is located within a building starting on 5th floor, maybe for some people a bit difficult to find.

Два шага до вокзала
Pros:

Отель расположен в двух шагах от вокзала. Номер небольшой, но достаточно удобный. Хорошее постельное белье. Завтрак - шведский стол.

Great location and friendly staff, just a little compact
Pros:

- Very close to station
- Easy access to convenience stores
- Staff were friendly and helpful
- Comfy bed

Cons:

- Desk was far too small to use, should really have been positioned near the window
- Not sure if room was fully cleaned before I entered as there were long hairs scattered around the floor

Très agréable
Pros:

Très bien, bien placé et propre. Pleins de petites choses offertes.

Cons:

Avec les lits jumeaux, nous n’avions pas de place pour ouvrir nos valises en grand (c’était des grosses valises). C’est le seule point un peu dommage.
