The parking garage has a maximum vehicle height of 6.7 feet and maximum width of 6.2 feet.

Great stay very near the station
Pros:

Very convenient location.
Excellent staff. Amenities bar on 5F well stocked with variety. Bed softer than other hotels, slept well. 2 pillows (other hotels only give 1 for single occupancy).

Cons:

Floor not vacuumed thoroughly before check-in

Great. I really enjoyed staying here.
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Poor water pressure in the room shower and the provided conditioner smelled bad.

Also, not much of a view (you could climb into the window for a great view of the mountain, but just looking at the window from in the room was a view of the fire escape and rear of the neighboring building. Only mentionable because I paid extra for the room offering a view.)

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful.
For us the big plus of this hotel is the proximity to Nagano station - a 3 minutes walk.
