Please note, the parking garage is closed between 23:00 and 07:00 (next day). Guests cannot enter or leave the parking area during this time.

The parking garage has a maximum vehicle height of 6.7 feet and maximum width of 6.2 feet.

From July 1, 2022, the hotel will change the room cleaning for consecutive nights stays as follows as part of the SDGs efforts.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. I stayed for 12 days and felt very welcome from the first day until check-out. The location is excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was consistently polite, and kind. I would happily stay here again when I return to Nagano.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer in einem schön renovierten Hotel. Die Zimmer hatten eine angenehme Größe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung wirklich sehr gut.

Pros:

It’s just so convenient and easy - they have a self check in and check out system but still have someone to assist should we need additional help. The room is small but have everything you need and we had great sleep! Location is just perfect.

最高でした！
Pros:

駅から近いのと、長野市屈指の観光地である善光寺へのアスセスが良い点。チェックアウトも11時なのでゆったりと過ごせた。セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心できました。

Cons:

周囲のおすすめの食べ物屋さんや観光スポットなど地元ではならではの案内があるとなお良かった。

- ต้องจอดรถที่จอดรถใกล้ๆโรงแรม

ห้องพัก:
- โรงแรมไม่กว้างแบบโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่นทั่วไป แต่เตียงนุ่มนอนสบาย

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก:
- มี Amenities ให้หยิบเองที่ล๊อบบี้ มีที่หนีบผม ที่ไดร์ลอนผมให้ยืม
- มีที่สแตมป์น่ารักๆให้เก็บสะสมด้วย
- มีตู้แลกเงินทีาล๊อบบี้

อาหาร:
- อาหารเช้ามีทั้งญี่ปุ่นและอเมริกัน แต่จะเน้นญี่ปุ่นมากกว่า ห้องอาหารค่อนข้างแคบเลย แต่ที่นี้กินเสร็จวางถาดไว้ที่โต๊ะได้เลย ปกติที่อื่นๆในญี่ปุ่นต้องยกถาดเก็บเอง
