Pros:

-位置一級棒，長野站走過天橋，就在唐吉訶德的隔壁棟
-服務人員永遠都保持親切的笑容
-5樓櫃檯有很多備品，化妝水/乳液很滋潤，還有入浴劑

-日本常見的商務旅館，房間偏小，行李箱一次只能開一個30吋的

Pros:

1、位置无敌，就在长野站前，步行2分钟，按照酒店网页的指示走即可；2、入住和退房都是自助，员工会主动帮忙；3、户隐巴士、白马巴士就在酒店楼下，买票和搭车都非常便利。4、酒店2楼与长野站有连廊，长野站餐厅较多；5、一楼门口就是便利店。

Cons:

1、酒店洗衣机只有3台，等待时间非常久；2、双床房非常小，过道根本打不开行李；3、楼上房间晚上和清早的走路声和重物声很清晰，严重影响睡眠。4、非周末价格依然偏高，性价比低。

Excellent place for exploring a larger region in and around Nagano.
Pros:

Location is amazing and staff are superfriendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as amazing as the rating it has. Missing fresh vegetables and fresh fruit.

No area to sit at a table for playing a boardgame, room did not have that option either.

Storage for suitcases was not present in standard rooms, the beds could be leveles higher to keep them underneath (as we were able to in smaller room in Tokyo and worked great!).

在中階商務飯店算可以，打掃乾淨，以前只要停泊的地方附近有相鐵，幾乎會選擇它，這次旅程中前後入住三晚加2晚在橫濱比較高階的喜普樂吉飯店

Great value with everything you need for a good night’s sleep
Pros:

Right near the station but not noisy. Near local restaurants. Exceptionally clean. Everything you needed, toothbrush, hair and, tea, coffee etc. breakfast was also very good. Great value and staff were friendly and helpful. We will be using this chain again as a result.
