Staff helpful, room ultra clean and comfortable, breakfast fabulous.
Pros:

It was excellent! Front desk staff was outstanding. Comped me breakfast and a bottle of water. Room was exceptionally clean, selection of pillow firmnesses, comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast.

It was nice and clean, and the stuff was so welcoming
Pros:

We had a great stay other than the pool

Cons:

The only thing was the pool had way way too much chlorine.. we could not sit in the pool area or swim with out it burning our eyes so sad.

Very enjoyable. the room and entire staff exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The staff was terrific. From the cleaning staff to front desk staff everyone was terrific. A special shout out to Devon who assisted with a couple requests and the young lady at the front desk. I was not aware when we checked in that the rooms were only cleaned every other day but when I requested service on one of the odd days the staff provided this with a great attitude. Could not have been more pleased with our stay.

Cons:

Possibly rooms serviced each day but when requested they promptly took care of this.

Very disappointing because of the false advertising.
Pros:

The young man that checked us in was probably the only good thing about the stay.

Cons:

The couch was torn. There was no restaurant or bar. No happy hour as advertised. Most staff was bored and did not want to seem to help. The breakfast was bad. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy were so hard that the gravy did not make them soft enough to cut. The fruit was rotten, including the fruit cocktail. I never in the two day saw a person actually working in the breakfast area.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The staff here were very helpful and accommodating. The bar was handy for a nightcap without having to leave the hotel. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Pet friendly is the reason we chose this hotel. I thought the pet fee was too high. It was the highest we have paid at any of the IHG brand hotels, more than double of the 2nd highest pet fee. Hopefully they change this. Laundry facilities are a plus.
