Better than expected
Pros:

Upon arrival we were given passes for the breakfast buffet which we did not expect. Really nice touch . Well trained staff. Would come back again.

El lobby estaba muy limpio al igual que el área del restaurante , el cuarto y la alberca

Lo que no me gusto es que hice mi reservación con mas de 3 semanas de anticipación para evitar contratiempos y a la hora del check in el de la recepción nos dijo que mi habitación no estaba disponible que se la habían dado a alguien más y lo único disponible fue otra habitación con una cama x grande y sofá cama siendo que yo había reservado una habitación con dos camas grandes fue frustrante porque no respetan las reservaciones uno va confiado y no . lamentablemente a sido una decepción con los hoteles Holiday inn

Pleasant stay- NO free breakfast
Pros:

It says breakfast but breakfast cost an extra $12 a per person.

Hotel was nice, clean, and large rooms. Bar had a wonderful lime margarita.

Nice staff, great location. Minor negatives.
Pros:

Location was perfect and staff were so kind and helpful. Some minor negatives I’m only listing for those this might matter to….not a big enough deal to complain.

1) coffee bar available 24/7 which was nice but coffee was cold and hot water was out.

2) pool was nice, not too cold which was awesome. However, Hot tub was colder than the pool, so only stepped in for a second. No pool towels first night but staff was kind to replace when asked.

3) Breakfast was good but not something IMO that should be $12 bc it was nothing out of the ordinary continental breakfast at other places that’s free. Wouldn’t purchase in advance if staying again.

4) We clearly listed 2 adults, one toddler but were only supplied 2 towels both nights so we had to go down and get more.

Again, nothing too crazy to complain about at the time. Amount paid, close to $200/night after breakfast and taxes included. Wasn’t worth it IMO but it wasn’t a horrible experience so I rated it a 3/5.

Unfortunately, Not the best stay
Pros:

That they had indoor pool, and hot tub plus a gym. The bartender was friendly gave us insight on things to do in Roswell.

Cons:

Walls were thin, you can hear above and side by side.
Also the TV kept showing a plug in every 10 mins it would pop up on screen then go away.
The water in shower would get warm but not hot. The room is smaller than expect from the photo they show you. Beds were also spring mattress and felt worn out.
