The staff here were very helpful and accommodating. The bar was handy for a nightcap without having to leave the hotel. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Pet friendly is the reason we chose this hotel. I thought the pet fee was too high. It was the highest we have paid at any of the IHG brand hotels, more than double of the 2nd highest pet fee. Hopefully they change this. Laundry facilities are a plus.
It was clean and comfortable! The room was what we asked for, a walk in shower! But the hot tub had way too much closeness and it burned our eyes! It also tarnished our silver rings!
The night clerk, Devon was great! He got us checked in quickly and suggested some things to do while in the area. Once we got into our room is where things started going downhill. The air conditioner barely worked. The refrigerator didn't work and smelled really bad. In the morning the front desk clerks were rude and seemed like they did not want to be interrupted. They were rude to both my wife and myself. When we asked about breakfast they gave very little information and we never did find out how or where to pay for it. It really seemed like us being there was an inconvenience to them.

We typically stay at this Holiday Inn because it has a lounge/bar on site. The bar was closed due to insufficient staffing. No late check out, due to insufficient staffing. No USB ports in the rooms. Sounds like insufficient management to me.
Clean, comfortable hotel. We had our small dog with us, and he was welcome with a modest $35 pet fee. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept soundly, nice hot shower with good water pressure, no complaints. Staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would stay here again!
Fast check-in. Friendly staff. Fast clean restaurant service. I'd stay here again. Gas, food, stores all nearby.
