Pros:

Location is very good. Closecto all shopping malls and the busy night life.
The room was comfortable and spotless .

Cons:

The public areas especially at the top floors are in dire need of maintenance. Carpets are torn and walls are in need of painting .
The Gym could do with renovations. It is old and the equipment is basic and dated.

May i commend Dom in concierge, who was most helpful and friendly to customers. He makes going back to Holiday Inn worth it. Very good customer service. Also Fluk and M were helpful in the Concierge. Thank you Holiday Inm for the continuous customer service.

The hotel offers an excellent location with direct access to EmSphere and nearby dining and shopping options. The concierge service was excellent and attentive.

Cons:

Daily follow-up was required to replenish basic room amenities, including drinking water, floor mats, tissue rolls, and tissue paper, reflecting inconsistent housekeeping standards. In addition, the maintenance staff demonstrated poor service etiquette and failed to communicate or provide updates on the work performed.

Cocktails at Zeta Cafe
Pros:

We had an amazing time at Zeta Cafe. We enjoyed cocktails by the swimming pool, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Special thanks to the F&B team—Mr. Rat, Poi, and Tee—for their excellent service and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.
