Amazing Stay – 10/10 Experience
We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcomed by the entire team. The hotel itself is fantastic for the price — the room was beautiful, very comfortable, and it was cleaned perfectly every single day.
What really made our stay special, though, was Fluke. He was incredibly accommodating, super, super nice, and honestly one of the kindest people we met during our trip. He made us feel so welcomed from the beginning and went out of his way to help us whenever we needed anything. He is such a lovely person and truly made our experience even better.
At the end of our stay he even gave us a small souvenir, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll remember.
If you stay here, the most important thing you must do is find Fluke and give him a biiiiig hug from me! He really is the best.
The hotel, the staff, the service, and the value for money were all excellent.
For the price this place is a 10/10. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Bangkok.

Everything was great. Everything was clean and the gentleman at the front desk by the name of fluke was a very helpful gentleman. He helped me out with the Grab app and the bolt app, which was very helpful. Thank you so much for that and the room was spectacular.

C’était très bien le personnel très sympa , nous avons dîner lundi soir à quatre personnes , et avons pris 4 mojtos et mon ami a juste demandé qu’il y au un peu d’alcool car souvent c’est fade ,et la c’était le cas on aurait dit de l’eau gazeuse avec de la menthe !! Nous n’étions pas content car en plus ils nous faisaient payer 500baths le mojito au lieu de 250 !! Quel abus et enfin des erreurs sur notre addition !! C’est la 3eme fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et nous avons l’impression que le personnel est livrer à lui même on ne voit pas un chef qui dirige . Dommage
