Pros:

Upon checkin, I think his name was Jim. Older gentleman. He gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and told us about the free museum in the train yard. We have been to Durango at least 10 times and never knew about the museum. We bought breakfast at hotel and it was a good value. Would come back again

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We showed up right on time for check in & the lady told us to come back due to no rooms available & we returned later. Hotel needs more workers/help for sure & also more Luggage carriers/carts. Breakfast not being free also wasn’t wonderful, & the food wasn’t awful but not $10 per person worth.

Great customer service!!
Pros:

I kept bothering the nice young women with short dark pinkish maybe maroon color hair at desk in the lobby for change out of one dollar bills and she was more than happy to help. Always kept a smile and had great attitude and respect, funny and welcoming. I had some trouble with the dryer machine and she was quick to help and find a solution to my problem. I didn’t get to ask her name so I couldn’t thank her personally for the great service but I hope this reaches you!

Pros:

This hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 stars on some is because my room didn’t have hot water. It was only warm. I did let the front desk know and they said they would have someone follow up. Otherwise the room was very nice.

Issue was no breakfast like other Holiday Inns were we always stay. And charged us for parking in the the hotel parking lot.

Pros:

The good….The room was spacious. Staff friendly. Lobby/hallways clean.
The not so good..Trash cans overflowing outside front doors. I mentioned twice at desk. Key cards had to be changed three times in four days. Trash in room never dumped. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be replaced. Not happy about paying to park nightly yet they say not responsible for damages.
