A disappointing experience. We have never had such a bad experience like this before.
Pros:

We didn’t get it. My husband had surgery scheduled.

Cons:

Trying to book was a nightmare. When we got there we found out that we didn’t have a reservation. But, they had a room.
I could never get warm water. Didn’t have time to do anything about it.

Pros:

The ladies at the front desk were very helpfu . I was there for a concert they went as far as writing down the exact address to the venue I was going to .

The bathroom tub had hairs was the only thing I did not like

Staff was excellent

Cons:

Was given room, went to room someone was already occurring that room. Was given a different room and lock was on door was so out of wack couldn't get in room had to walk back down to get different key, had ti jiggle and mess with handle to finally get door open.

Like always, never less than a perfect stay!
Pros:

This is pretty much the only place I stay when in Knoxville. Whether coming for a ballgame, concert, or just to get away for a night or two, this always an awesome stay. The employees are simply the best! It’s always refreshing to be treated to the orange or lemon sliced water upon arrival. What a great idea!

Miserable
Pros:

Air conditioner did not work, staff claimed it was working! Everything in the room was sticky and damp, staff claimed it claimed it was normal! TV did it work, staff seemed bothered when contacted for any of these issues.

Overall it was good but I had issues with room temperature

The location was convenient for me, check in check out was great, hotel was clean everything was good-ish

Cons:

My room was soooo hot and I couldn't adjust the temperature and also the hvac thing was sooo loud it kept me up all night
