The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please be guided by the following COVID-19 policies for staycations: A completed / full COVID-19 vaccination card or government issued / official VaxCert will be required from all guests except those aged 17 years old and below. The beach
The check-in process was horrible! I booked the trip under my account as a gift to my family. My family came and even though they had the booking reference number, the property wouldn’t let them in. I called and had to plead to 3 different staff, was on the call to please just let them in as they are senior citizens and it was so hot outside. They were insisting I need to email booking.com which I did, but they didn’t receive it. Honestly it was the worst experience and I will never book with this hotel ever again. I spent more than 50k and this is the treatment that I get!

Great for relaxation and friendly staff
We had a great stay at Pico. The facility was excellent. I also had a few massages. Eli was really good
I visited the Rain spa and took a wonderful 90 minute massage. My masseuse Tina was great. Such a relaxing experience, recommend!
The good;
Excellent ambiance felt safe all around very nice beach. Wednesday very quiet, Adobong dilaw was excellent I Buffets were good as well. I would stay again.
The bad; No coffee shop, needs one.
Food was good, except for the “Adobo ni tatang” highly recommended by the staff but the pork was very hard knife was not working, disappointing. Orange chicken was terrible as well.
Vietnamese Spring roll as well.
Enjoy our stay at Pico De Loro, and at the same time enjoy dining in their restaurant. Received excellent service from Marvin, Marlon, Michaela, Jessa, and Nhycos.
Eli and Maricor did an excellent job in taking care of us. We had the refresh treatment and we are definitely feel refreshed. We had start in aromatic jacuzzi with excellent massage and finished with delicious hot tea. We are definitely coming back to stay in Pico De Loro hotel again and will definitely come back to the spa.

I could have given the perfect rating , however there was a fault in the aircon which exhibits a not very nice smell , it was temporarily actioned . Compensated by giving 15% discount on room rate .
I could not fault the kindness of every single staff , all smiling . Very polite and the hospitality of the Filipino is one of a kind and remains the signature of the Philippines .
