The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please be guided by the following COVID-19 policies for staycations: A completed / full COVID-19 vaccination card or government issued / official VaxCert will be required from all guests except those aged 17 years old and below. Guests aged 18 years old and above who are not fully vaccinated will be required to submit a "negative" RT-PCR (nasal or saliva) or Rapid Antigen Test (nasal swab) performed within 72 hours prior to check-in. Guests aged 17 years old and below do not need to submit any requirements, but must be accompanied by an adult / guardian with completed vaccination documents or “negative” test result. We had a wonderful stay at Pico Sands Hotel. The overall experience was relaxing, and the place is perfect for a quick getaway with family.
What really stood out was the excellent service. Special thanks to Suzette, Kyla, CJ, and Aaron for taking such great care of us. They were all very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm approach truly made a difference.

Bedroom - bed creaks/quakes when someone is moving. Chiller can be cooler/colder. Lacking microwave.

I was massaged by Eli and it was relaxing. The pressure felt just right.
