Mintara Hotel

Booked this hotel specifically bacause they have a swimming pool which i needed for my disabled son. After checking in and asking where the pool was i was told that it was not available. In fact it has been out of service for months but on checking i found this hotel still offers a swimming pool on its website and through ebookers. Because of this and the hotels location (which would not have been a problem if the pool was available ) we had to travel 90 mins by taxi every day to use an alternative pool.

Ok for the price, however would not stay more than two nights.
Reception not very welcoming, however organised a taxi ok when requested. Shower not very good. WIFI was good.

Old Hotell close to hospital.
Pool very small didn’t try it.
Price okey for the standard

Good value for money....! Basic but good...! Mattress a bit hard, but slept ok...

Simple clean hotel and good value for money 2 night stop over before travelling to Singapore
£20 a night and no complaints

Spacious room which was clean and okay. At check in I did not feel the welcome was as cordial as many other hotels I have stayed at. Hotel is located at the back of a large hospital and off a main rd.
The main road is very busy as they are digging up a tunnel for the new subway. Many local eateries

It was absolutely ok, no fancy or wow, but a good stay. Value for money-yes :). I just stayed for the night to be close to the driving school, so I didn't check the surroundings at all.

No wifi available，need turn on your mobilephone network，then can connect. Bad service，rude staff. Swimming pool is very very dirty

3 night stay while visiting son it thailand. Very nice hotel, and staff. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Any problem was handled quickly by staff. beds of course were hard like all beds in thailand.

It was good. Would stay there again.

Traffic is really bad during rush hours, overall the hotel location is okay, close to markets and lots of vendors. Hotel staff their really helpful and friendly, thank you so much.

Excellent Value for the Money. Great Staff, clean room, nice food and a quiet decent clean part of BKK.
If you need to spend more money to sleep than you may need to look elsewhere.

Hotel stay was nice I was there for 15 nights. Room service is great, breakfast in the morning was delicious. Pool was refreshing and the location of the hotel was convenient.

Horrible as once again Hotels.com does not have an up to date hotel info. There is NO airport shuttle offered and we ended up taking an expensive taxi ride because the driver did not know where it is located.
The front desk did not understand English very well because I thought they understood that I requested an airport shuttle in the morning. We arrived in the morning waiting and then I asked the agent and again there was a misunderstanding. No airport shuttle as per hotel info on hotels.com, just taxi.
The room smelled rotten and there is probably hidden mold! There should be an inspection and shut down for repair or closure!

Hotel make need to take a look at the lift Condition. Some squeezing sound while lift travelling down from level 6-4.
