Pros:

Very great location although a bit off the beaten track in terms of main road. Staff were up to standard and housekeeping were very efficient and timely.
Close proximity to nearby coffee shops and 7/11, very useful.
Didn’t use the gym but pool was clean and almost always empty.
My main complaint is that on checkout they were very hesitant to return the 1000B deposit and ended up keeping 100B for a damp towel left in the room which I apparently needed to pay for laundry for.
They tried to pick anything off at the end of the stay to keep the deposit and this actually ruined the overall stay for me, this hotel was otherwise pretty good.

The hotel is in a busy residential type area away from central city so we usually needed to take a 30 minutes drive into the city. Hotel itself is wonderful and the staff were excellent... We loved our stay

Sérieusement, je gagne plus de 3000€ par mois pour une seule personne et j’ai besoin de voler une serviette à sept euros?😂😂

スタッフがフレンドリーで良かった!　ラマ9駅から少し遠いが、歩ける範囲です!　20分位かな　バイタクで7分 位30B程度　駅まで出ると何でもあります。ホテルの横にコンビニ　コインランドリー等あり便利です!　
※シャワーの温度が少し低いと感じました。

Really awful service. The staff would do anything not to accommodate your needs!

Late checkout? Nah
Want to use the gym after checkout for 30 mins? No
Leave your bags in reception overnight since I am travelling out of town? No!

The rooms are ok. Beds arent comfortable.
The location is not good either.
