Beautiful hotel with amazing service!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was big, clean and toilet is heated and has bidet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is great, service is excellent and is walking distance to the MBK center, SIAM mall and street food! Great location and clean!

I don’t think you’ll find a nicer staff who helps with every detail of making your stay the most enjoyable in Bangkok. We were overwhelmed with smiles and courtesy every single time we crossed paths with a staff member. We will stay here every time in the future!

I frequently stay at Hua Chang Heritage Hotel when I am in Bangkok because of the location which is convenient and safe, staffs are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean as well.

Great location and very friendly and courteous front reception staff. Enjoyed breakfast and cleanliness of rooms in Central Siam district.

Really close to MBK centre and skytrain stations. Hotel staff were very helpful. The pool is right under the skytrain so not peaceful, but sitting by the pool all day wasn’t what we came to Bangkok for - so not a problem for us

Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was clean and quiet even being next to a busy street. If you like shopping there are endless options in walking distance (SIAM mall for more upscale/ MBK lower price points) The only criticism I have is that are no switches for lights, AC and ceiling fan - it is all only controllable by an iPad which I found rather inconvenient. The first night there was a technical glitch with the iPad and after I turned everything off it all went on automatically about 10 minutes later. This happened a few
more times but was resolved quickly once I called for help. I mention this just to suggest the iPad works before you hit the pillow.

The hotel had a beautiful landscaped pool and restaurant zone on the ground level. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Last minute booking. Much higher end place than I expected. Staff was very helpful and prompt response to any questions.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location

I liked how clean the whole place is and how spacious the suite was.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Soo romantic and the breakfast was very good and included lots of variety. The staff was very accommodating and if we didn’t have time for breakfast… they would pack us a to go box for breakfast that included juice and a variety of breads and fruits. Loved it all. The front desk staff was very sweet and did everything to assist with tourism and the hotel amenities.

A tranquil oasis in the heart of Bangkok. Water features galore drown out the noise from outside the walls, while everything is easiky accessible. Staff are ultra friendly and attentive, and renovation is sensitive to traditional Thai style. A great choice

Breakfast menu should change every day. 3 mornings I ate the same thing. Location is very good. Sound proof not bad as hotel was right next to a BTS line but i hardly heard anything. Corridor at my room was very dark. Should install lightings. I would give a better rating if not for these little flaws.

Hotel is very well located and pretty to be honest. The pool is gorgeous but basically unusable as it’s next to a road tbf just a fountain. I didn’t even know it was meant to be a pool at first.
The rooms are decent. Only a small hotel. However if you expect any type of common sense from staff don’t bother. They have to ask for approval for minor things. Try to charge for every last detail.
I got a “upgrade“ for being a gold member which was for the record only a different floor. Decided to stay for an extra night as I had a heavy one. Tried to book it at the desk. “Reservations had gone home” 8pm. So I booked on hotels.
8:30am. Wake up call. Go to reception. Argued for 30 minutes. Had to call hotels.com. Basically wasted 4 hours on my last day of honeymoon sorting it. Hotels saved the day other wise I would of been checking out! At 12 and back in at 2. Who even does that.
