Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok

My 3rd time in Centara and it’s been my go-to hotel whenever I come back to Bangkok. Other than the rooms being comfy, I’d also like to highlight the exceptional service of Wanlop, a concierge staff. Always equipped with a bright smile, he never fails to make me feel welcomed back and is always happy to offer help with my bags and anything I need. Wanlop, you are a ray of sunshine and I hope to see you again soon!

We had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel staff, doormen, receptionists, everyone in the hotel was nice and sweet. We got an early check-in which we didn't expect. Our checkout was also seamless. Will book our stay again if we ever visit Bangkok

My husband and I stayed in the Metro Suite. There is only one room like this in the hotel and we booked it 5 months in advance. The hotel has so many great things about it. There are 3 floors of dynamite shopping below the hotel. The coolest things I bought in Bangkok , I bought there. One of a kind handbags, Korean skin care products, hand carved jade trinkets, dragon headed bracelets, suitcases, a great men's jacket. But, I digress, the hotel has an incredible staff that take great pride in their jobs. The food was outstanding. They have an entire row of Indian food. Even Arabic food. They have different dishes everyday. Fresh Dim Sum and anything else you can think of. Our room was spectacular. 3 balconies with views of Bangkok,double sinks, a living room and a bedroom. There was a bottle of champagne, flowers,fruit, and pastries. A flower decorated welcome on our bed. The staff takes such pride in this special room. We felt like royalty. We loved having dinner in the rooftop restaurant. We sat on our balcony every morning and every night. We loved that room. I wish we lived there. It was so much fun! Phenomenal experience!!

It’s was good amenities and facilities stayed with this hotel and well keep maintained good housekeeping excellent service by the staff

Another wonderful dining experience at Cafe 9 Restaurant, Centara Watergate. Customer service here is consistently impressive, especially from P’Eak and N’Diew, who always take great care of guests with true professionalism and a warm smile.

Special thanks as well to P’Bee, Mie, Mim, Not, Kaimook, and Omsin (in particular never fails to prepare delicious, customised pasta just the way I like it). The food quality is excellent overall. A bit more menu variety would make the experience even better for frequent guests, so it always feels fresh and exciting.

My mom also loves supporting the happy hour sandwiches, cakes, and salads at Infuze, which we enjoy as our breakfast the next day. It’s a great initiative that not only offers value to guests but also helps reduce food waste, something truly commendable.

If Centara allows customers to collect Central The 1 points simultaneously, I believe this would attract even more guests to come and support.

The location is very convenient it’s in the middle and the staff is super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. When heading back they helped to load our luggages up the transport that they booked for us as well

Wonderful hospitality service, the staffs put theirs best to service all the guests. From the doorman, concierge team, front desk team and housekeeping team, they are polite and being helpful to extend their best assistance to us during our stay. Thank you Wanlop and Chun for luggage assistance during our arrival and departure, even during stay after we came back with handful of shopping bags.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is prime, making everything so convenient. We were also very lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade.
The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team—the two towel swans they made for my child were breathtakingly beautiful! We never expected such exquisite artistry; it was truly a stunning surprise.
Furthermore, we are deeply grateful to the management. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating regarding an incident during our stay. Their professional and empathetic approach really touched us.

The hotel room and toilet are very clean. The coffee counter in my room is too high and is dangerous when water is boiling.
The rain shower in the bathroom keeps dripping down water even when it is not turn on.
The breakfast is good enough for me.
The massage spa within the hotel is my greatest comfort so I don’t have to walk out.
The masseuses are very friendly and focussed. The concierge team is excellent especially Wanlop and Suriya, in helping us check in and out baggage’s.
The only negative part is the on-going construction outside the hotel that causes heavy traffic jam.
On the whole, I enjoyed staying at Centara Watergate Pavillion and will definitely go back to this same hotel on my next trip.

My recent stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok was very satisfying especially the warmth and friendliness from all staff at the reception, F&B outlets, porters, security and housekeeping with their ever smiling faces, politeness/courteous response whenever we approached them be it enquiries or assistance. Not forgetting the room are well upkept by daily housekeeping and greatly appreciated. Kudos to all staff for the delightful services and indeed it was a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. The hotel location is very convenient and nearby ( walking distance ) to prominent shopping malls - Pratunam Mall & Night Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, December Mall, Big C, Central World and BTS station. Highly recommended with reasonable hotel rate.

I had a pleasant stay and everyone in the hotel makes us feel welcome. The room is clean and new and the location is excellent. There are salon and massage just downstairs the hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The concierge Wanlop is very helpful and courteous. I will be back to stay again, thank you.

During my visit here, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed and the room is very clean and comfy. Staff Wanlop was very helpful as i had left my cardigan in the room after checking out and only realised a couple hours later. He managed to retrive it and was helpful in directing us on how to get to the airport later for our flight. The price for 4 nights was very budget friendly too! All and all me and my mother really enjoyed how convenient it is. The hotel is only a walking distance to both Pratunam market and Platinum mall!

The service was magnificent. The rooftop bar was amazing. Got a free upgrade thanks to the sweet girl at the reception. 11/10. &&& loved the hospitality from Top, B and Earn. ✨✨
