My stay was great and friendly people there.
I enjoyed the cozy living space. The halls were always quiet, the staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy, even as an english only speaker.
It was a very pleasant stay
I didn't like that the elevators and escalator were turned off after a certain time!
Good location and close to train station.
The building is little bit old and small and no usb port in the room.
Best location to Chuo station!
Clean but small room and confusing layout lobby. Almost when into another area. I like that you have to return the key every time you leave.
Great and Understanding Staff!! The Hotel does what it does and is cleaned well, only gripe is how my room was a little old and had an aging smell in the corner.
had good stay for 3 nights. small room, but close to restaurants, More's City Mall, and Yokosuka-chuo station. Will recommend to others.
Very close and convenient to everything food bars clubs restaurants and trains
It was a convenient location as it’s next to the train station and several restaurants and a short walk to the military base. The staff were very friendly. The room was the perfect size for me. It was affordable as well.
I did not like that the wifi would disconnect or randomly stop working. my sheets did not smell clean
The unit bathroom was too high as compare other hotels
Clean and great location
Pleasant staff.Great location near lots of amenities and restaurants. Also, the train station is literally right across the street. The room was a bit small and pretty basic, but it's a nice building.
I checked out of the hotel as soon as I checked into the room. The room and everything in it was old and musty looking. I lost my payment. I checked out without a refund.
there’s nothing too spectacularly amazing about this hotel, but i really loved how close it was to the mall and the train station!
either than that, room is very small, if you have a room facing the train station (like i did) it will be extremely noisy, the beds are hard, and it is a little inconvenient to return and pick up your room key every time you leave and come back.
Very traditional
Pros: Hotel is 1 minute walk from central station.
Cons: I've had quite a bit of experience traveling in Japan, this place has comically small bathrooms.
But more important than that, even though I put 3 adults on the reservation, they insisted that the beds were too small for a couple to share one and required me to buy a roll out bed at nearly the price of another room.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet time is 6:45 to 8:15. My friends came down at about 8:25 when there were still people sitting and eating, and there was still plenty of food, and they turned them away. It was just kind of ridiculous considering the leftover food would just get tossed anyway. There wasn't a reason to turn them away other than the fact that it was outside the stupidly narrow time window.
I would walk a little further given another visit to the area.
The hotel was a little bit old and the staff are very friendly.
