Pros:

A lovely low key hotel close to the Ishigaki port. It is super easy to catch a ferry, or just walk around the town. The rooms are spacious, the equipment inside is on the minimalistic side (including a Japanese water boiler which stopped working at one point). The rooms are very clean. Downstairs there is water (hot and cold) available all day as well as other drinks. Breakfast is delicious and features many local products. The staff is welcoming, limited English is spoken.

Cons:

Not enough parking space next to the hotel, but the hotel has additional parking spots close by.
