Great value for money!
Pros:

Spacious rooms. Very courteous staff, particularly in the restaurant. Fitness center was well equipped for a traveller. Pool could have been bigger.

Pros:

Initially booked a Superior room, after a few days I noticed an awful smell. We were moved to another Superior room on a smoking floor, during the night we spent there the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Due to the unavailability of another Superior room, we were upgraded to a deluxe room. Due to constantly being moved from room to room, we lost a bag of belongings that have still not been found. Overall, I would say that the rooms are extremely outdated and the bathrooms need a good scrub, but the other facilities at the hotel, especially the rooftop pool are good.

2. No pots, no bowls, no liquid dishwashers, no chopping boards, nothing in kitchen
3. I asked help for my luggauge to bring to my room. No one did. So i did by myself after 15 mintues in my room.

Cockroach infested rooms, complained on the first day, moved rooms 3 days after to another infested room, have pictures and videos to prove this.
Management team are not proactive or concerned about customer services, overchsrged my kids for breakfast every other day.
