Mida Hotel Ngamwongwan

Worth the price but limited by location and transportation choice

We enjoyed our Mida hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms and beds were quite comfortable and great AC. It was a refreshing to use the pool that was great for swimming laps. My only complaint was there is absolutely nowhere to walk to within the vicinity of the hotel.For instance, a coffee shop or restaurant would’ve been nice, We took taxis every time we left, and they were reasonably priced

i booked a deluxe room 3 months ago with booking.com and i requested it to be room 822, no one confirm anything with me, after several emails from me i received an email from the hotel "after 1 month of the booking" saying it's upon availability, when i checked inn the hotel receptionist told me that i booked deluxe room and room 822 is superior, hotel reservations management is very poor they didn't inform me about the mistake that i made earlier to change my booking from deluxe to superior.

Hotel is a good value and reasonable price on the room rate. Service is also excellent from front office and restaurant service staff. Room is comfortable stay. Pool is also relax. Hope to have a chance to revisit again in near future with family and friends.

Place was clean and well maintained

Location is good, close to everything, the room is clean and comfy. I have a pleasant stay.

Hotel is nice and for a fair price. Staff service is excellent. Would recommend highly. Downside is that there is not much to see around walking distance as its mostly a business district. Nice mall and park within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel served the purpose for what I needed out there in Nonthaburi. It was a cheap option and located where i needed to be for a few nights only.

I have been 2 nights at hotel. The room was clean, helpful and friendly staff . It is located near the big IT mall and shopping center. Good food with extensive menu. this hotel good for convenient stay in Bangkok.

Rooms are very good and good location and dining are excellent. Hospitality is excellent . Staffs are well groomed , more polite and much informative about the tourist locations around the city. I really enjoyed the stay.

Great experience all round. All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. The first night we had a party and because of the very accommodating staff we all had a wonderful time. The menu was extensive along with good quality food.

If you don’t want someone to randomly enter your room, especially when you are half-naked (although you locked the door), stay away from this hotel.

Moreover, the hotel didn’t show even a slight of the responsibilities since they didn’t update the keycard of the guy who entered our room. They said sorry for this inconvenience, and that’s all. Literally, that’s ALL.

What a disappointment for this kind of 4-star hotel to make such a stupid mistake, and not even try to show a shed of responsibility.

Please stay away from this hotel. I warn you.

It is good to stay. Comfortable room and nice bed.

Since I wanna get rest at hotel nearby Bangkok and I've booked under "Rao Tiew Duay Gun" (Thai government promotion) through Agoda and I saw that said this hotel was so great. Thus, I've decided to stay with Mida Hotel and it is the worst decision ever...

- The window at my room doesn't soundproof AT ALL I couldn't sleep for the whole night because it's so noisy. The hotel is located on the main road and next to the factory.

-The room was nice and clean but a lot of defects.

- Once the check out time I've got a problem with the application (เป๋าตัง) the front office staff doesn't help me anything, only the woman staff from the restaurant came and assist me.

Lastly. i would like to compliment only one thing is the staffs of the hotel restaurant which take care of me nicely, and also food there was good and tasty(Breakfast and dinner)

Although, this hotel advertises a beautiful picture of a "Swimming Pool" and an "Exercise Room" this appears to be intentionally misleading. The 'Swimming Pool' is ~20 meters in length and at the shallow end ~18 inches, at the 'deep' end only ~36 inches deep so actual swimming is not a reasonable objective, paddling being more of an activity related to such a facility? The "Exercise Room" too is really not as advertised. I'm writing this on 3rd of Feb 2020 and at this juncture this facility, which is badly maintained, insect infested, and generally not as it should be, has been closed for the last 3 weeks, with not a mention of this when trying to book an over priced and often noisy room.

The motel was an excellent price, and I really appreciated the help of the housekeeping staff and the security guard outside.
But the front desk staff were helpful but there was a higher than expected English language barrier. The room was smaller than the photographs led me to believe.
The safe did not perform consistently.

Glad only stayed on night for the air condition unit wasn't cooling the room at 16C and the TV only had local stations and none in English..

This is a very good place to stay, both in terms of location and hospitality. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made one feel welcome.

Location and hospitality is good, swimmingpool too. Good value for the money. I will come back again and recommend the hotel to others. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with made the stay comfortable. Food was also very delicious.
