Great to stay in District 1, value for money and very good service staff.
Pros:

Location was extremely good - walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square and Malls in District 1. Staff was extremely nice and accommodative to most of our request - to the extent where they were happy to let us use the facilities (shower/pool) after our checkout as we had a late flight. Pricing is very reasonable as well although I would say spend the little bit extra to get a slightly bigger room (Suite with City View), the suite was comfortable for 2 pax, felt like the smallest room would be abit squeezy with luggage.

Cons:

Not much of a view, it was really more like residential opposite. Room was painted quite an odd yellow and there was some renovation works (drilling) on the sunday morning which woke us up.

Happy and satisfied.
Pros:

The entire 5 nights were enjoyed. The staff are great and the comfort and cleanliness were excellent. Overall premises were well cared for and the location is great. Would certainly return.

Cons:

The only negative aspect was the internet variability - kept on fading and needed constant refreshing. And could not get the TV to function at all. Otherwise very pleased. with our stay of five nights.

1. Унитаз ужасный, он просто не смывает с первого раза
2. Плохая шумоизоляция
3. Крайне неудобные кровати. За неделю не выспался ни разу
4. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, что крайне некомфортно и постоянно приходится включать/выключать всю ночь

Minuses:
1. The toilet is terrible, it just doesn't flush the first time.
2. Poor sound insulation
3. Extremely uncomfortable beds. I haven't had enough sleep in a week.
4. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, which is extremely uncomfortable and you constantly have to turn it on/off all night.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück mit frischen Säften, darunter Passionsfruchtsaft, was man nicht überall bekommt. Es gibt frisches Brot, lokale Spezialitäten, Suppen, frisches Gemüse und vieles mehr.
Die Gästebetreuung durch Steven und Selena ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es funktioniert jedoch alles.
